We found the house to be in very poor condition: lots of mould throughout the home, broken/water damaged tables outside

Home built in the 60'6 or 70's and never updated. Appliances from the period are outdated. Hardly any furnishings or decor. Definitely not homey. No hangers, no drawers, basically no where to store your clothing. Barely cleaned, windows dirty, and don't look under the beds. Owner needs to spend some money and update this place.
