Good space with all the necessities. Easy check in. A/C worked well, which was great given the heat wave.

Left a day early had to get out of this uncomfortable stay. pay motel prices and got this: Most uncomfortable couch ever. Photos showed nice arm chair, none there. Had to kill at least 8 spiders, cobwebs in almost every corner first level, especially kitchen at base board areas. small dead bugs in tub. A spray with home defense or pest control should have prevented the pest issues. No washcloths, had to buy some. TVs are older, no local channels for local news. (how would you find out about road closures, parade, local emergency, weather in the area) Plastic mattress cover that crackled when you move and hot.I would never pull out hideabed with the spider issue. No screen doors and no screens on windows for fresh air. Large rug in living room needs cleaned. Floor in kitchen didn’t appear to have been mopped for a while. Large pot holes on entry to parking. that will tear up a car. Steep stairway should be photographed in ad. Photos of cobwebs attached

Could Be Better

Air conditioning did not cool the upstairs at all—too hot to sleep. Bath towels had a dank smell, unpleasant to use. Bed sheets were stained.

Bad experience

This property had no smoke detectors and upstairs smelled like cigarette smoke. This was to be a non smoking property.

Thanks for staying at Rosemont. We appreciate your feedback. It's always our expectation for our guests to have a 5 star experience. The home is wonderfully furnished and cared for. It does have smoke detectors both upstairs and downstairs. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all of our homes.
