Clean co.foetabke and welcoming!

Location is off a busy road but property has trees sureounding and little creek. Great location, modern amenities and quiet comfortable home. Thank you for the great experiemce!

Sweet place to get away

This is the lower half of a house. It’s nicely fixed up and furnished. A well-stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and a comfortable bed. Checking in was a little complicated because info was on the property management website instead of Vrbo. Only real concern is that it’s a basement and there’s no egress except through the front door. Could be a hazard in case of a fire. Overall, would stay here again!

zanesville rental

Lovely space and tucked away with privacy! It was perfect for what we needed. Nicely renovated apartment and the game room was awesome. Clean with basic needs met. The only negative aspect was communication with guest contact host. We had issues with the wifi so couldn't watch TV. I attempted several times to reach host with no luck. Called Evolve to report issue and then host called me back. Sweet lady who helped with the issue, but not sure where the disconnect was as far as returning my text/call/email. Other than that, solid place to stay!
