Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
There are no alarm clocks in bedrooms. The property was clean and the kitchen provided everything needed to cook. The hot tub was very nice. There was a discrepancy with my booking. I had asked for two more days. I received a confirmation that it was approved. When it came closer to the date it was not on my confirmation check in date. I reached out to the owner and it was stated that there was a glitch in the system and it had been rented to someone else. I asked for compensation due to we were moving to another state and the dates I thought was approved put us in a dilemma. The owner acted like I would be compensated . I asked for one more day to stay at the end of the week which was approved but there was no discount or compensation for the mistake. If you change anything after the initial booking dates, I would advise to reach out to the owner and make sure everything is a go. I am not happy with the fact that I was not compensated anything for the inconvenience . I was told that there was no way to give a discount or half off one night. That is not good business ..

We’re glad you found the home clean, well-equipped for cooking, and enjoyed the hot tub. We’re sorry for the frustration surrounding your requested date extension. The owner didn't personally approve or communicate the additional two-night stay, so the booking changes appear to have been handled through Evolve. An alarm clock is also provided and is typically kept on the shelf in the bedroom closet. We appreciate your feedback and understand how the booking discrepancy impacted your travel plans.
The pictures don't do this justice! Much bigger and more comfortable than it seems. Great hot tub, cute and private property. A little piece of "country" literally seconds from town.

The nice large living room is great to entertain in and then you can relax in the hot tub. It is a home with a beautiful country setting. Thank you for your nice response.
This property has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. Plenty of space, items in the kitchen, comfy beds. I did not realized there would be people under us due to the separate unit. I also wish the water pressure was a bit better. Overall this was a great place and would stay again for sure.

Not sure way the water pressure was low at that time. We will check into that. thanks for the nice review.
We stayed for a few days while taking a few road trips to glass museums and The Wilds. Nice clean and spacious house. We enjoyed the hot tub and the location was great. No problems at all.

It was a nice place but road noise is loud, They had the other part rented and I had to call them about trash since no way to know when trash came, they came and exchanged trash cans,. Didnt have enough supplies for our 2 week stay had to buy paper towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags etc. Spa was great!

We're glad you enjoyed the home and especially the spa! We appreciate you sharing your feedback. Trash is collected on the property's scheduled pickup day, and we're happy our team was able to assist with exchanging the trash cans during your stay. As is standard for vacation rentals, we provide a starter supply of essentials for guests' convenience, so additional supplies may be needed for longer stays. While road noise is outside our control, we appreciate your comments and thank you for staying with us.
Only issue was someone was banging on door at midnight both nights. Very weird we did not answer door. Door needs a peep hole to see is out there, or move cameras to show who is on the deck knocking on doors.
The house is very spacious and clean. Unfortunately, I'm guessing with previous renters, the dishes and blender were dirty. We had to clean dishes before we used them, had food on them or ground dirt, like someone played with them outside. Only a few forks and a spatula that someone had melted and bent at a 90 degree angle, would suggest more silverware and new spatula. The blender was disgusting and had to taken to clean the best we could. There were no sponges or brushes to clean it as it should be. The wifi didnt work well when we arrived but my husband unplugged the unit and plugged it back in the next morning, once it came back on it was fine. We knew the place had a shared yard with another renter but we didn't realize the basement was turned into an apartment as well. We were under the impression that it was another house. Startled us when doors slam late a night/ early morning. Basically, the issues we had were minor and the dirty dishes was not the owners fault. Renters need to keep things clean and the cleaning people or whomever does the after stay inspection for not seeing dirty dishes. One suggestion, the plastic plates that have extreme cut marks in them should be replaced when they get that bad. Even despite those issues, we liked the house and beds. You cant always control renters.

We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious and clean living space! We always strive to make our guests feel at home while they’re away. We appreciate your feedback and will remind our cleaners to check the dishes thoroughly. While guests are expected to wash their own dishes, we’ll make sure everything is properly checked between stays. Thank you again for your feedback!
Access to the property needed to go through a church parking lot as the primary access was closed due to a failing bridge. This is not a negative about the property as no one could control a washed out bridge. The space was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The house was perfect, just as expected! Lots of space, beds were very comfy.
