Very clean apartment in a nice building. The parking spot in the garage was a great plus. Close to the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Publix close by.The host was very responsive.

Not what Was advertised! Needs a deep cleaning and under the bed. Needs new cookware, it’s peeling. Sliding glass door did not work for several days, could not lock the door. The tub water would not shut off, finally I got it to shut off. That was beyond stressful. The maintenance person came and fix the lock on the glass door and the tub. However the fix on the water to the tub/ shower was done with black tape and broke again. Thank you

I am writing to provide a detailed response to the recent complaint from our guest regarding their stay. Upon notification of the balcony door not locking, we immediately ordered and installed a new lock. We also offered the guest the option to move to another unit, which she declined. Weeks into their stay with no issue prior, when the guest had their grandchildren visiting, we were informed that the tub was not functioning correctly. We promptly addressed this issue and completed the necessary repairs. We believe we went above and beyond to satisfy this guest. Given the circumstances, we do not wish to host them again in the future.
