Welcome to Clearwater 3D! Clearwater 3D is an ocean front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the western corner on the 3rd floor in a low density building in Downtown Gulf Shores, AL. The condo is all tile and has a great view of the Gulf from the private balcony. The 2 bedrooms are on the north side of the condo. The Master bedroom has a King bed, and the guest bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a set of Twin over Twin built-in bunk beds in the hallway. Located in downtown Gulf Shores, the condo is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and more!

On arrival we discovered significant existing damage. We reported the damage but did not require immediate remediation (what do you do about a frig with multiple dings and a frig light going on and off). One of the shower doors was desperately in need of replacement but did not enough bother reporting. However, the door codes were changed and we were locked out the unit at least two hours before our exit time and cleaners were knocking at the door one hour before our exit time. We had a very unpleasant exit

Spring Break

This was a great place to stay for our Spring Break getaway. Balcony is perfect to sit and watch the water. A lot of room for our family to spread out inside. Would recommend staying here!

Great place for the family

We were looking for an affordable place to say at the beach. This place was perfect for that. Our only complaint was the elevator didn't work for most of our stay but was fixed before we left.

Served its purpose

The condo was big enough for four of us to have a girls trip. It’s conveniently on the beach and not a far walk to the waters edge. The pool was clean. The employees were very nice. The condo could use a little bit of maintenance attention but other than that, we had a nice trip. The condo is also conveniently located close to the hangout, many other restaurants and attractions. We were able to walk to eat dinner one night and we felt totally safe.

25th Anniversary

We stayed here for our vacation/25th wedding anniversary. It was perfect. It was very clean and located just where we love. We appreciated the quiet, and it was just steps away from the beach. We spent most of our vacation on the beach, but when weren't on the beach, we could be found on our balcony watching listening to the waves.

The condo was nice. Pretty view of the Gulf. The couch had some stains on it and the coffee pot heating element was very rusted. The condo was clean and the bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable.

Loved the location and the hall bunks for our teen. The shower in the shower of a bathroom fell down while showering. Poor waterpressure in that shower. The washer went down during our visit but Prickett properties brought us extra towels and offered to reinburse us for a laundry. That was helpful since my daughter doesnt like to take dirty laundry home. No hot tub as advertized.

The room was nice and clean very organized .

Me and my whole family enjoyed everything my kids did not want to leave the beach they love it .buy it does needs a bigger sign with ligts its really hard to locate the building .even when you already install i had to tirn arround a couple times cause i miss the building

Gulf beach condo on beach

Good set up, for a family stay. However it was very windy on first two days there, Terrible very loud noise coming from balcony. Maintence came and said it was a loose rail on the balcony. Also So windy door to unit blew open if we didn’t keep door dead bolted.

Not bad, not great

This property was average, but I thought it was priced high for the condition. The unit is in an older building and the unit has been well updated (new cabinets, countertops, etc) but there are several other items that are just worn. For example the doors. Neither bathroom door would completely close or lock. The sliding door going out to the balcony was very hard to open & close, my kids could not operate it at all. The AC doesn't keep the entire unit at a constant temp (the back bedroom gets much warmer than the rest of the unit). Also, the condo building could use some updates. There paint peeling, and a bag of garbage was left out in the hallway outside of our unit for most of the week.

Do not stay here

This was the worst experience ever with this rental! The booking process said pay deposit and other later but as soon as I booked after a month of trying to decide since this was first trip without my husband staying with me and wanted to feel comfortable with a familiar location it sent email and said full amount due that day! It was paid in full that day. Then travel day arrives and we travel 4 hours there and about an hour before we arrive I email to say we have not gotten the code to enter and within 5 min I get an email back saying the codes and rules and stuff. About 5 min after that the property manager calls to say the owner REFUSES TO VACATE THE PROPERTY!! We are 1 hour away with no where to stay that night!!! I cried the first 24 hours of our vacation! This property owner has had several weeks prior to prepare for us coming and took our payment in full and refused to let us stay! Said she would not leave till the next day! It was the last day of hangout fest so there was nothing around!! The property manager found ONE opening at a different location 2 miles on the opposite end of the beach! I literally cried because I was unfamiliar with that side of the beach and being that it was first stay without my husband I was terrified! This property owner RUINED OUR VACATION and didn’t care at all!! I would rather stay in a tent than rent from her! Do not rent from them unless you want to be out in my situation! Paid in full and and signed rental agreement and this is it.

Unfortunately, the owner made a mistake when reserving her dates, and she was unable to leave a day early. We were glad to have another property available to upgrade you to, which was actually larger and newer than your original booking. We understand that it was not what you booked, and we strive to make guests' stays as smooth as possible. We offered to move you to the original booking after the first night, but you declined. This was a very unfortunate mistake, and we are putting new policies in effect to make sure our owners do not make mistakes with their reserved dates in the future. Nice place, only one issue

We enjoyed our stay over the weekend with our ly one noticeable issue. When my foster child mentioned he was missing his stuffed monkey, I went back up, at 5 minutes til check out, and the code did not work. I understand stopping the code at check out, but before is ridiculous. Especially when you have paid for access until 10am.
