Positioned just moments from the waterside, this spacious and bright 6 bedroom home offers spectacular lake outlooks and fantastic outdoor areas to soak up the all-day sunshine.
Drive to town centre in only 4 minutes, or stroll to the popular Mole & Chicken Restaurant & Bar which is only 550 metres from your front door.
This generous-sized multi-level home, is perfectly set up to host 2 families. The entry level consists of a large well-equipped kitchen, main living and dining areas, 3 bedrooms and bathroom.
Downstairs boasts a second kitchen, living and dining area, plus an additional 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The top floor of the house features a large master bedroom with spectacular lake & mountain views - with ensuite and spa-bath.
You will be spoiled for choice when it comes to outdoor entertaining. The downstairs living area opens out to a courtyard and a games room with table-tennis and other games - perfect for keeping the older kids entertained!
Fire up either of the 2 BBQ's (one is gas and one is charcoal) and sit around the fire-pit creating memories with friends or family.
Hilltop House is a popular spot for family groups of up to 12 guests.
Strictly no parties, events or loud groups permitted. Linen and exit clean included in the nightly rate.

We enjoyed our stay.. with location , parking, Kitchen , bedrooms , entertainment etc The blinds need fixing you can not adjust them and downstairs smelled a bit musty . Good instructions! Overall we had a great time .

Hill House Taupo

Very clean and quiet. We were 10 seniors from one family who found the place very suitable. Except we would have appreciated a hand rail on the stairs to the lower level.Highly recommendHelen
