We had a great time at this property. My wife and daughter enjoyed the pool. The home was very beautiful and clean. It is a good location to go to different activities and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Outdoor enclosed pool, covered seating, dining, and TV areas are fabulous!! Interior space is generous but living room seating is sparce for 6 without adding dining chairs. After first night; we enjoyed movie nights outside. Management needs to post instructions for the complicated shower controls in both bathrooms. We had one wash cloth. Bathroom floors needed better cleaning with long hair in primary and smelly bath mat in hall bath. Otherwise the home was very clean with comfortable beds. Kayaking, small boat ride, and swimming adventures on spring creek were wonderful. Eleven manatees sited and hundreds of fish easily viewed through the clean, clear water! Free Botanical Garden was a cool beautiful walk. Spring Hill is a wonderful vacation area for those looking for a break from the typical Florida beach experience. From sixth graders to grands; we all had a great time!

The host was very kind and the house was beautiful in a great neighborhood. Price wasn’t outrageously high even tho the house was beautiful. The showers made us want to go buy the set up they had.

Beautiful home

We stayed here for a wedding in Brooksville and to get a quick beach day in and it was the perfect location. The wedding was for a former Marine Corps friend of my husband’s and some of their close friends stayed with us here too. It was a great place for their reunion!

Seven siblings enjoyed this home for a short 3-day stay while visiting a 8th sibling nearby. The home was clean, spacious, and had all the essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. Next trip in warmer weather we can enjoy the screened-in spacious pool and patio.

I picked this property because it was close to where my children lived and it worked out perfect for us! The kids loved swimming pool and I think they stayed in it all week long it was a very nice house and accommodated us perfectly. The host was very accommodating and helped us with any need we would love to stay there again

Spring Break

We all really enjoyed our stay. We kayaked the Weeki Wachi, explored the Spring Hill area, and ventured to Clearwater to go to the Clearwater Marine aquarium. We watched the sunset at Clearwater beach after enjoying some shopping and dinner. The house was absolutely fantastic. We had plenty of room for our group of five. We wish the pool would have been a bit warmer but overall this was the perfect choice for us. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Quaint and comfortable

While the inside of the house is very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet, there are quite a few things that could be improved upon in exterior and pool cleanliness. We were so sad the pool wasn't heated, making it unusable during our stay.

Excellent House!

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Super clean, very comfortable beds with very nice bedding, modern look and feel inside. Kitchen is huge and fabulous. Giant smart TVs in several rooms including outside by the pool. The outdoor space was perfect for our group and we were in the pool every day. Pool was spotlessly clean. I would definitely rent this house again!
