My family and I had an amazing vacation in this home. The pool was so awesome!! The guys did a lot of fishing from the dock, and kayaking up to the river was so fun. We hope to come back again someday.

Everything was great. We loved the pool, the ease of checking in, and how close the property was to local restaurants and of course the Weeki Wachee River. The host was very knowledgeable of the area and gave excellent recommendations. The area is very quiet and relaxing.

The host was wonderful and very responsive. He was very accommodating and everything you needed was in the home. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool was clean, the water inviting and refreshing. We enjoyed the kayaks; we saw manatees, fish, and even dolphins paddling down the canals. We certainly had a lovely time.

We had a great time. The pool was spectacular. We were able to see manatees and alligators right from the dock also. Definitely recommend this place. The owner was super responsive. Can't wait for our next trip.

The pool was awesome and we enjoyed using the grill. We were able to use the kayaks and see the manatees on this trip! Kevin was easy to communicate with and very kind.

Kevin was so kind and helpful, and made the stay so enjoyable! He cares very much about guest experiences. The kids loved the pool, and the heater made it enjoyable, even on an unexpectedly chilly march day!

Perfect Vacation for our family of 8! Kevin, the host was super responsive to my questions before during and after my booking. The house is even better than the pictures. Perfect layout for adults and teenagers. Plenty of space to cook, eat and lounge together. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, pots pans, utensils, cutting board, coffee maker etc...The heated pool is very big and enjoyable. The jets work great. Theres alot of seating by the pool and the grill worled great for our Saturday cookout for my sons 18th Birthday party. There were enough kayaks for all of us and it was perfect weather for our perfect getaway! Loved the fenced in yard as well, i knew my little dog was safe there. We will definetely be back to this house...already looking to book it again! Location is perfect! Thanks Kevin!!!

We stayed here for our annual scalloping trip. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Nothing fancy but served our needs. We used the kayaks and Grill. The screened in pool area is the highlight of this property. So nice after being out on a boat all day! Also plenty of parking and lots of extra towels and linens provided!

Perfect stay!

This location was perfect for our group. We had 9 people in total (4 adults and 5 teens) and there were enough kayaks for all of us. The pool was an amazing addition too. The home was a bit close quarters when we were all inside but it was rare that we were all in except to sleep. We would totally come here again.

This our second time staying here and it won’t be our last! Perfect location and the house is beautiful. Manatees at our dock every day! Kevin is a very friendly and attentive host. Can’t wait to return to Weeki Wachee-our happy place.

Yearly get together with friends

We had such a good time! The pool was awesome. We kayak and saw the manatees, which was a highlight. Close to good places to eat. Would come back again.
