Great visit!

Loved my stay, Jodi was amazing as a host. Lovely space, super convenient location and love how close the beach is.

Garden Retreat

Besides the incredible location, the property is full of lovely flowers and plants. The house was very well appointent with all the conveniences and storage one would need. The very useful kitchen was a plus!

This was a lovely little house in a great location. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned and Jodi went out of her way to leave everything we might need including a good selection of dry goods. The information folio Jodi left was far and away the best we've had at any vacation rental, and she was extremely prompt in answering the few questions we had. Thrifty's and The Red Barn Market are less than a 10 minute walk for groceries, and Finest at Sea is nearby where you can buy incredible fresh off the boat seafood from knowledgeable staff.

Oceanview Retreat is exactly as described. The James Bay location is ideal for exploring Victoria on foot. It is close to the waterfront and a terrific walking/biking path with direct access to Beacon Hill Park, many good restaurants, and easy access to all Victoria has to offer. The host, Jodi, is fabulous and made it so easy to modify my reservation when I had to shorten six weeks to four. And she always had a wealth of suggestions on activities that might be of interest. My stay at this property was one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had. Highly recommend it.
