The property needs work to clear the driveway. Lounge room furniture is very uncomfortable and noisy to sit in. Bathroom needs a bath mat and more toilet paper. If it is raining there are no outside place under covers that you are able to use.. On arrival and opening the front door there was a bad musky smell, which required the use of deoderisers.
