We enjoyed our time at this beautiful house in Mahone Bay. The house was clean, nice and close to the bay, so we walked a lot. It is a beautiful little town.Kelly and Jerry were very kind and always available if we needed something.We recommend this place.

Kelly and Jerry are wonderful hosts, incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. They gave us many suggestions of places to go to around the area. The rental is extremely clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. Mahone Bay is a beautiful place with many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at Drop Anchor in Mahone Bay. The space was larger than I thought it would be based on photos and was very well appointed with kitchen tools, towels, pillows, blankets etc. There was a new deck area and bbq and a private parking spot. The hosts live in the second half of the home but still very private. A short drive to Lunenberg, we really enjoyed exploring the area. There is a brewery at the end of the street and a busy coffee shop just down the road. Would definitely stay again!

Kelly and Jerry have thought of everything you may need on your vacation. We found the house and property immaculately clean and inviting. It was hard to leave and go sight seeing because you just wanted to sleep in each morning and explore the outdoor deck after being gone all day! We're so greatful you shared your home with us! Truly a place that we would come back to and have the fondest of memories! A great place to drop ancor indeed!

An absolute gem of a stay! The home is a rare find—it combines incredible, stylish decor with a layout that feels genuinely warm, homey, and wonderfully functional. Located on a quiet, super-private street just minutes walk from Main Street, it’s the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion right next to all the action.The hosts are exceptionally friendly, and meeting Kelly upon arrival set the absolute best tone. She gave us a warm welcome and a thorough, perfect tour of the property. The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked with every amenity you could possibly need, and the bed is remarkably comfortable for a great night's sleep. To top it all off, the private deck is an amazing spot to unwind in complete quiet. You truly won’t be disappointed staying here!

Kelly and Jerry are amazing hosts! Very communicative and helpful. Their property is spotlessly clean. Warm and cozy with just the right amount of personal touches to make it feel homey. Has everything you could need for a your stay. Very close to all the amenities of Mahome Bay and super close to Lunenburg. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, this is it!

We had a wonderful stay in absolutely every respect! The property was located within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, shops and the water. Great place to relax and enjoy the area or to use as a home base to see nearby towns and attractions! The property itself was extremely clean and well stocked. Location is within walking distance to most things in town. Very clean! Kelly and Jerry are some of the nicest hosts you could meet. Felt like home away from home. The amazing fresh breakfast she gave us on our last day tops off the entire week. Would stay again in a minute!

Beautiful relaxing property

This beautifully decorated, new home has everything you need to relax on your vacation plus more. It is within walking distance of everything in Mahone Bay, including restaurants and shops. The hosts, Kelly and Jerry, are very friendly and look after any requests you have. We would recommend this as a top choice and will certainly go back.
