Large ground floor of T2 villa - sea view - not overlooked

Ground floor of independent villa, (bedding, furniture, ...) ideally located in Ruppione, a popular little corner of the south shore of Ajaccio (located 25 km).

The rental is close to the beach of Ruppione (at the foot of the residence), the Mare e sole beach (5km) as well as the beaches located on the 3 coves around the tip of Isolella.

Many shops are quickly accessible from the T2, on foot or by car: bakeries, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, huts, tourist office, petrol station, hairdressers ...

Very comfortable rental with washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, deckchairs ...

Composition:
- Entrance after a few steps, via the large terrace facing the sea, nestled in the heart of a garden perfumed with the scents of the maquis, not overlooked.
- Beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine ...) and sitting area with sofa bed and TV.
- Large bedroom with sea view and a large closet.
- Spacious bathroom with sink, shower and wc.

You can laze on the deckchairs on the terrace and prepare your barbecue meals while enjoying the magnificent sunsets.
