Spacious house located on a quiet street. Small two storey home. Two bedrooms on the main floor. One bedroom on the second floor. Small work area also on second floor. Fits five people. Spacious back yard with large deck. Big driveway. Fire pit in the backyard. Close to town & to the beach/Lake Champlain. Burlington a ferry ride away (approx. 45 mins away).Saranac Lake, 45 miles away. Take a day drive to Lake George and visit the outlet stores (75 mins away).
