We're glad you found the place really nice overall, but finding pet hair on the sheets is not up to our normal cleaning standards, and we're addressing it directly with our cleaning team. We're also having the washing machine inspected to make sure the spin cycle and water temperature settings are functioning properly, since clothes should never come out soaking wet or wash on the wrong setting. We appreciate you bringing these details to our attention so we can make sure future guests have a smoother experience.

Hi Andrea, we want our guests to have a seamless stay, and we’re glad to hear that overall, you had a good trip. We followed up with the homeowners after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Regarding the dryer, our technician was scheduled to address the issue and requested that the deadbolt be left unlocked for access. We shared this with you twice, but unfortunately, it remained locked, which delayed the promptly scheduled repair. - As soon as we were informed about the water outage, we contacted the Well Water Guy, who was able to restore service after you checked out. The homeowners work hard to provide an exceptional guest experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied visitors.
