Such a great house for a family vacation with my adult children. The house was well stocked and we enjoyed our stay. Lots of things to do and see so close as well. If we make it back to this area, we will for sure stay here!!!

We stayed here in August 2026 and had the best time. The house was a perfect place to come home at the end of a fun summer day to grill, have a fire and relax in a comfy bed. It was super clean and very close to Torch Lake. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to this area!!

This was a very nice place stay. There were quite a bit of bugs in the home- mainly kitchen and bathroom areas. Enjoyed the location of cabin as it was close to the lake and smaller towns for morning coffee and shopping.

Property was clean. Clothes dryer was not working and freezer in refrigerator did not work, however, there was a brand new one in the garage for usage. Our family enjoyed the deer around the property!

Overall we were very happy with the house. The pictures were a bit deceiving which gave the impression of a larger house. Typically there is information available when you arrive at a VRBO providing wifi password and other instructions like what to do with trash and checkout instructions. None of this was available and we had to contact host for additional information.

Wonderful spot!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It is very private and set back off the road. It was so peaceful and quiet! The house is so comfortable and has all the amenities. The perfect retreat to stay with our family and friends. We loved it! We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

Wonderful time on Torch Lake with 2 families. Great location, close to public access and public boat launch at Butch’s Marina. Very clean and modern. Kitchen had all the supplies for barbecuing and cooking in. Ample parking room for multiple cars/boat/jet ski trailers. Nice outdoor deck seating and bonfire seating.

Beautiful home. Quiet, peaceful and private location. As a traveler with an autistic teen, the only disappointment was to find we were more than "steps away" from the Lake and the closest access was very rocky. We found the sandy beaches in nearby Elk Rapids the perfect fit for our families' unique needs

House was good for our stay. The home was nice, comfortable beds, location ideal for winter activities close by. A few disappointments were more related to the property management. We arrived to the garage blocked by icy snow where the plow had not touched, there were multiple bags of trash in the garage which were never picked up although we were told they would be, and there were no dishwasher pods. Floors were not the cleanest either.We would stay here again as the home was lovely, but the property management company could do better.

What a gem in northern Michigan situated across from Torch Lake! The property was exactly as described and pictured. We appreciated the fine touches such as plenty of towels and linens, well-stocked kitchen, and cleanliness of the place. Thank you for making your place available to rent!
