Enjoyable New Year stay

We had a three-generation family group. Comfortable stay. Enjoyed the outdoor area and bbq. Not really walkable to town but that meant out of the rat race and a nice peaceful retreat from town over the busy period. Very handy and well-stocked convenience store basically across the road. Close to Outlet Track walk and river.
