Outstanding stay

Stayed there this past weekend for a wedding in Callicoon and our stay only added to a perfect celebration. The owner is very friendly and the cabin so clean and a wow from the minute you open the door. The scenery is spectacular and the decor in the cabin is perfect. You will not regret a get-a-away here. PA paradise

What an incredible place. The property is absolutely beautiful and even better in person than in the photos. It feels completely private and peaceful, with gorgeous views, miles of trails, a beautiful pond, and access to the Delaware River. We spent our mornings walking the property and our evenings by the fire pit — it was exactly the kind of escape we were looking for.The house itself was spotless, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location is also perfect. You feel like you’re completely away from everything, yet Callicoon is just minutes away with great restaurants, shops, and the farmers market.What really makes this place different is the amount of land and space you have to explore. It feels much more like staying on your own private country estate than renting a typical vacation house.We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. One of the most special properties we’ve stayed at. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful and Restful

Sisters, brothers, husbands and wives joined for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The land is gorgeous and well cared for. Views are beautiful. The house is new, with contemporary design. It was perfectly stocked, and clean. Good air conditioning, and access to the river is close by. It faces a nice pond stocked with bass for fishing, hiking trails and even a gorgeous fire pit. The host is warm and welcoming and easy to reach if needed. I also liked the proximity to nearby towns, Calicoon and Narrowsburg. The property can be seen from Seminary Hill Cidery— another great place. Absolutely worth the trip. I highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Great location and wonderful property

The house was wonderful- great location overlooking the pond. While we did not get much of a chance to explore the property the part we did visit was pretty amazing. Overall this was a great stay and both Jeff (property manager) and Steve (owner) made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property

Our family (2 adults, 1 child) spent a wonderful weekend here. Check in and check out were a breeze. The house was SO clean and the property absolutely gorgeous. Our four-year-old enjoyed exploring the farm. We just happened to be coming to the area, but we would love to come back sometime.

Place was perfect in every way. Only issue was that it’s hard to find if you arrive after dark… it is very dark, GPS is a little off in the area and not obvious which property was the correct 1. The owner was extremely easy to contact and was able to guide us in though.

Fantastic stay in Damascus

Fabulous new property. Beautiful home, totally relaxing and scenic and friendly host. Excellent communication and easy check in. Chuck went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome.The river access patio was an added bonus. Calicoon is close by and we enjoyed dinner and lunch at the Western Inn. Easy to get to from Bethel Woods concert. It's a 10 out of 10 and we hope to visit again. Book it, you'll love it too.

Country setting, modern amenities

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property sits on a beautiful farm with pristine landscapes and gorgeous views in every direction. The home is a fully renovated two bedroom, two bath retreat, designed in a stunning modern contemporary farmhouse style with incredible attention to detail. Everything feels brand new, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, yet it is warm and welcoming with all the home accessories you would want but none of the clutter. The beds were extremely comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the entire space was impeccably clean. It truly felt like staying in a brand new home surrounded by nature’s beauty. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and picture perfect getaway.

Beautiful property

My husband and I were traveling to the area for a wedding. Right before we arrived, the area had a severe storm causing power outages. The owner met us at the property to make us aware and also allowed us to use the main house to get ready for dinner etc since that was being powered by a generator. By the end of the night power was restored. Steven went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay by checking in with us and even delivering lattes and fresh baked goods the next morning. The property is absolutely breathtaking inside and out! The photos don’t do it any justice. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely rebook.

This farm was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views in every direction—sunrises and sunsets on this property were truly the highlight of each day. The land surrounding the house was breathtaking and made the perfect backdrop for our weekend escape.The house itself was spacious, spotless, and decorated in a way that felt both cozy and intentional. We especially loved the private patio space down by the river—it was such a peaceful bonus, we even had a picnic! At night, the gentle sound of the fountain in the pond made everything feel extra relaxing. And the bed—wow. It was the best sleep we had gotten on a vacation! We couldn’t stop talking about it for days. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. We’d 100% come back—this place completely exceeded our expectations. If you're in doubt, don't be, BOOK IT!

The house was very clean like a boutique hotel. Very easy check in. Good communication with owner. Comfortable beds and robes provided. 30 minutes to Bethel concert. A beautiful setting with lovely views of the property and just a short drive to a private river spot where we paddled and swam in The Delaware. We had a very nice weekend at this property and would definitely return. Perfect for 2 couples.
