This was our first time renting a VRBO and am not disappointed we enjoyed this location, had a fire on the beach, cooled off in the water on hot days, we didn’t want for anything. Easy to contact host. Planning for next time

Lovely !!It was amazing. The owners are very nice and kind. The beach was a 2 minute walk with a beautiful view. Very peaceful there. The cabin is small but cozy. We loved the deck area, where we cooked, ate and got to hang out. The swing chairs are a great touch to the deck. We definitely will be back!

The view and waterfront were beautiful! The cabin was small and basic, but met all of our needs. We enjoyed the area of Kaslo and did some hiking and kayaking.

The hosts, Dean and Michelle are wonderful, full of local knowledge, welcoming and there to help out wherever they can. The cabin was perfect for a couple. Close to the water and close enough to town if you needed anything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. I'd recommend staying here anytime!

We found the perfect “cabin in the woods” for our 19th wedding anniversary. The cabin was cozy, clean and the bed was so comfy! We had everything we needed and enjoyed the beautiful area including a soak at Ainsworth hot springs, only 25 mins away. The property is quiet, peaceful and a touch magical; we loved it and can’t wait to return!

What a cozy cabin—peaceful, quiet, and simple, just the way we like it. Morning sunrises were gorgeous, and the sunsets over the mountains were priceless. The beach was lovely too. We’re already looking forward to next time. Thank you!

Incredibly beautiful and cozy cabin. The owners were really friendly and did everything to make our stay perfect. One of the swing hammocks developed a tear. I wouldn't have expected it to be fixed during our stay, and I also thought there was a chance we'd be charged for it. We were down at the beach for a couple hours. When we got back, they had already been replaced with a set of new hammock chairs. I can't stress enough that they were super friendly and joyful people to be around. It's a big property, so you have lots of privacy, but they're also nearby if you need anything or for a friendly chat.Kaslo is also a very cute little mountain town with a couple shops and restaurants.

Peace and Quiet

Heard nothing except the birds and the wind rustling in the trees the whole 4 days. Just a word of caution to first-time guests...the road in is steep with a few tight hairpin turns, totally doable with a regular car, but keep it slow and pay attention!

Good value. Clean and cozy. Web page needed more information about the location, like an address. Would have been nice to have a TV. Electrical outlet in bathroom would have been nice too.
