The positives were that it was a nice, clean property, nice clean room with good amenities, and convenient to all things Downtown/Massachusetts Avenue. The streets below made the location a little noisy but tolerable. The negatives were the many security codes and complexity of getting in and out of the building. It's an apartment building, not NASA. Another annoying thing was that the property was advertised as "with parking". What I did not learn until shortly before Arrival was that "with parking" meant "paid parking." There were other ticky-tacky add-on fees.
