The hosts of this property are letting the premises in a negleted state of maintenance and hygiene. The property upon our arrival had issues which included bed linen unchanged, questionable stain on a mattress topper, re used dish clothes with entangled hair, no standard cuttlery forks, a non functioning stovetop, long term stains on lounge and cushions, liquid spills uncleaned on hard flooring, ingrained black mould in bathroom tile grout along with pink bacteria growth and flaking paint, missing towel rail, and more. Host made contact after 3 days (making false claim of prior knowledge of issue) to advise of non functioning stovetop and giving notice of an intended tradesman attendance visit. At this time the host was made aware of our disgrace at the state of premises yet obstained from any accountability, furthermore demonstrating a lack of repport or respect, then further demonstrating this behaviour/attitude entering the premises without notice later in our stay. Despite taking photo evidence of issues (and them being digitally time stamped) immeadiately upon our arrival, the host continued to deny letting the premises in the state we were reporting. Advise avoiding this property and host (ReadySet Apartments) at all costs.
