House was fine, but not well equipped. Furniture is cheap and beds felt like they were going to fall apart. Has lots of potential, but is lacking. Fridge wasn’t working for the trip either. Lots of room and the hot tub was a plus. But even in the Hot Tub, there were jets and headrests missing. Biggest turnoff was that we didn’t have the whole house. There are tenants in the basement that were not noted anywhere on the listing. Was not impressed with that when we showed up.

The furniture and beds were carefully chosen for both quality and comfort, and we’ve worked hard to equip the home with modern amenities. Regarding the fridge, it functioned well during the first four days of your stay, which suggests the issue arose unexpectedly while you were there. While we understand this was inconvenient, we believe it’s not entirely fair to judge the entire stay based on this unforeseen problem. As for the tenants in the basement apartment, this detail was clearly noted in our listing. We encourage all guests to review the full description carefully before booking to ensure expectations align. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue improving.
