Overlooking beautiful Bay Roberts Harbour and close to all amenities including Wilber Sparks Recreation facility, The Shoreline Historical Trail, The Bay Arena, The Baccalieu Trail Brewery and the Newfoundland Distillery. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops.
