Virtually everything about the property is excellent just as previous visitors describe. The range of equipment is superb, chairs very comfortable as were the beds. The light in the bedrooms wasn't good enough to read comfortably by. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach to see the sunrise and sunset. The beach is hard sand so good for walking or a morning jog if you are so inclined. Donax Street is one of the few roads linking Periwinkle Way with Gulf Drive so expect some traffic morning and evening though it was never noisy. The enclosed pool is no more than a plunge pool so not for serious swimmers. There is a lap pool at the leisure centre a few miles away but the prices are outrageous. There aren't any places to eat within easy walking distance so a car is a necessity. We arrived in daylight but if you arrive in the dark you will need a torch to access the key in the lock box attached to the front door. It is an acquired skill. We think there should have been two front door keys in the box - not everyone goes out and back at the same time. We had problems with the waste disposal unit but once we contacted Monica and her brilliant husband this was resolved very quickly. We had two/three days when the pool heating went off but once again Monica's husband remedied the issue turning out on the evening before Thanksgiving. We think there should be a phone in the premises for local or emergency calls. If, like us, you rely on an overseas mobile phone, calling local services is prohibitively expensive. We enjoyed our eighteen days very much. Everyone should consider for themselves whether they regard a particular rental as good value by comparison with other available rentals.

Truly steps to the beach and perfect location for young children and the elderly. Clean and well maintained with abundant cookware dishes towels and bedding. Tom is super responsive with literally sometimes only seconds elapsing between your message and his reply. Also willing to ensure you have a good vacation and works to smooth over any bumps you may encounter upon arrival. Innovative autolock at the front door ensures that you don't need to stress about losing keys. Super easy to get to as you exit off the causeway. I would stay there again for sure because it is so well located. Thank you for working with me to make sure I did not have to stress out about details.
