Enjoy breathtaking ocean views and beautiful sunsets from Victoria del Mar 3F, a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Rincón, Puerto Rico! Located on the third floor, this peaceful retreat offers refreshing ocean breezes, comfortable living spaces, and a covered balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

The Apartment
This spacious apartment features an open living area with a comfortable futon, TV, and air conditioning in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two twin-size beds. An additional bathroom is available for guests.

Enjoy beautiful ocean and sunset views from the covered balcony, plus an in-unit washer and dryer, free parking, gated condominium access, and two elevators for easy access to the third floor.

Beach & Location
Victoria del Mar is on the southern side of Rincón, known for calmer waters than the surfing beaches in the north.

Although the condominium does not offer direct beach access, a public beach access point is just 210 meters away, less than a 3-minute walk!

Restaurants, bars, and local attractions are approximately a 3-minute drive away, making it easy to explore Rincón while enjoying a peaceful place to relax.

Guests have access to the entire private apartment, including the oceanview balcony.

We provide only a starter supply of toiletries and essential household items. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

The place was great with many amenities and a great view from the patio. We really enjoyed it and Jennifer was so responsive to all of our questions and needs. We had a great time!

There is currently some beach erosion in the area. You may have to walk a bit further to the beach. Large spacious rooms.

Great stay! Beach is great. Apartment is great. The only thing disappointing is the lack of towels. One hand towel for two people . One dish towel! No wash clothes! Other than that minor issue, the place is awesome. Clean.
