This included accurate photos and information about the layout.- The alternative property you stayed in does have two designated bedrooms, both equipped with closets and egress windows.- We also made sure you had access to an additional bathroom nearby to accommodate your needs.- After further inspection, an electrician confirmed that a damaged wire, not rodents, caused the initial electrical issue at the original property.- The home you stayed in was recently remodeled with updated walls, ceilings, flooring, and appliances, and we’re committed to keeping it in great condition for future guests.- We understand that the staircase may feel unique due to the custom design, but it meets safety standards and has not received similar feedback from other guests.- The coffee maker was verified as operational, and our team found no indication of rodent activity with the provided coffee supplies.- Regarding the back door, seasonal humidity can cause minor sticking, but it is secure and fully functional.We appreciate your feedback and take guest comments seriously as part of our commitment to continuously improve.
