Conveniently located just minutes from many of Lake Charles’ top attractions, the home is only 3 miles from the new Mallard Golf Club and within close proximity to McNeese State University, downtown Lake Charles, Prien Lake Mall, and the area’s popular casinos.

With I-210 just blocks away, getting around Lake Charles is quick and easy—everything the city has to offer is within a 15-minute drive, including the Country Club Golf Course at the Golden Nugget. Wonderful stay in Lake Charles! House was very clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Stores and restaurants close by. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

The property was as described. I am a runner and I was able to run a few miles each day in the community. I felt safe and the neighbors were friendly as well. This is has been our third visit to the property and we plan to come back next year
