Welcome to this hidden treasure at the entrance to Indian Arm;Deep Cove
This clean, bright, and quiet two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of scenic Deep Cove with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean.
With it's proximity to forests and mountains, it offers outdoor recreational enthusiasts canoeing,kayaking,paddle boarding, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, golfing and skiing.
This is a 1000 suite with private entrance, completely self contained, fully stocked kitchen and in-suite washer and dryer. It can be accommodate 4 to 6 people, is family friendly(with kids), suitable for couples and honeymoons, Bridal shower, business travelers, group of friends, Family reunion ,graduation celebrations, renovation, artists and writers.
Beautiful golf courses around within 20 minutes-Seymour Golf and Country club, North Lands golf course and Capilano Golf and Country club.
Mt Seymour , Cypress Mountain and Grouse Mountain Just 40 minutes for skiing.
Easy journey in and out of downtown Vancouver (20 minutes only),
5 minutes walk to the village, bus station, convenient store, ,pharmacy, restaurant, coffee shop, park, beach and the cultural centre which has a 130 seat air conditioned show theatre. Library just 3 minute drive.
You'll love my place because of the ambiance; not only the Breathtaking views but also the comfy bed(Sealy mattress),One king size bed,One queen size bed .Two extra twin size folding guest bed-comfortable and restful ,aluminium frame with six inches thick plush mattress,36" wide ,(Moana by Alwyn Home ,made in Turkey ) .Canadian Hutterite white goose down duvet (all season weight-700+fill power down)& (Regular Weight ) .Both King and Queen size with luxury bedding.plus two twin size roll away beds,I realized it is very important to be well rested and full of energy for your adventure days.Welcome home and sweet dreams :)My home is baby friendly , I provide BABY BJORN-travel crib for your convenience ,stress free traveling with your little one . My house is located at the base of Mount Seymour in the North ShoreMountains, and is situated quite hight up.There are a good deal of stairs in order to access the suite. So if you are at all hesitant to tackle the ups-and-downs of mountain-house living, mine may not be the best selection for your stay.
Thanks for no smoking ,no drugs, includes cannabis, marijuana and electronic cigarettes, no shoes inside the house, no pets, parties or events. LGBTQ friendly .

Very cozy house, with amazing view of Deep Cove, all activities & restaurants in Deep Cove are within a 10 minute walk. Features lots of amenities & nice big bathtub. Host is very kind, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

This was such a great place to spend our vacation

Evelyn was a great hostess. She had extra special treats for us and she showed concern for our needs. This is a great place to go and relax. It is within walking distance of a park and a quant small town to find shops to eat and ship. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

Beautiful views! Nice area!

This was a wonderful home with a wonderful owner! Evelyn was so hospitable and sweet! So nice you could just go and stay and enjoy the view. Anything you need is provided! Only drawback is many stairs up to the house, so not a good choice if not fit enough to handle the climb.

Evelyn was an amazing host! She went above and beyond, including ensuring that hypoallergenic bedding was in place upon my request! The rental is extremely clean, has a wonderful view, and a nice slice of paradise. If you are thinking of booking, stop hesitating and go for it!

Sparkling Clean House - Gracious Hostess

Great location, easy drive to Vancouver sights, but nestled in a nice quiet community. House is very comfortable with all the amenities that make you feel right at home. We even had a chance to use the gas fire place to take a little of the evening chill out. Evelyn is wonderfully accommodating hostess and has thought of everything to make her guests comfortable! We had a wonderful time !!

The best hostess EVER!!

This is a late review but I had to get it on record! Evelyn is hands down the most gracious and accommodating host! Everything was absolutely perfect! Evelyn’s home is a very special place and you can tell she takes great pride in and is so happy to share it with her guests. The location was dreamy, the beds comfy and honestly, Evelyn thought of everything we might have needed. Stay here when visiting Deep Cove! You won’t ever want to leave.

Peaceful place

Spent 3 lovely nights at Evelyn's place in Deep Cove. Beautiful rental with all the touches - great appliances, fireplace, internet, bedding and more. Very comfortable and Evelyn is a very gracious host. You don't hear a peep from her above. I mentioned in an inquiry that I loved baths and Evelyn went out of her way to provide lovely bath salts for her super long and beautiful tub! Super responsive and helpful. There is only a small grocery that is attached to a bakery in Deep Cove, so bring groceries. Or, go to Arms Reach Bistro which is a less than 10 minute walk away, for a lovely meal! Nice walking trail head (Quarry Rock) only steps away from the rental. Highly recommend!

Great location, gracious host!

The host, Evelyn, has created a very comfortable and well-equipped space in which to stay, whether it is for short or longer stays. We stayed a week and made full use of the kitchen with its high-end appliances, preparing meals while looking out over Indian Arm. The village of Deep Cove is very accessible as is the Baden-Powell Trail that feeds into an extensive trail system. The village itself is only a 10 minute walk away. It is quiet and quaint in a very picturesque setting with excellent places to eat of varying types and budgets. We have been back to this area many times in our travels and continue to find the area and the people delightful. Our host is very cheerful and extremely responsive if you have any questions at all. There are stairs to navigate up to the accommodation, but we just made that part of our sea and mountain experience and enjoyed the up and down of living in the area. We highly recommend Evelyn's VRBO accommodation to couples and families.

Simply magnificent!

This is a perfect location-a fantastic view, perfect hostess, and close to everything. The village of Deep Cove is friendly and quaint, and of course Honey Doughnuts! Watch the hummingbirds feed right from your expansive balcony. The apartment was clean, well-stocked and cozy, with a towel warmer and heated toilet seat (nice features for those of us from the Southern U.S.) Evelyn Wong, our wonderful hostess, has thought of everything you might need-maps, snacks, beverages, extra pillows/blankets, gas fireplace, right down to nail clippers! She is without question one of the most genuine and warm folks I have ever met, with attention to every detail and always a beautiful smile to greet us. The kitchen is state of the art, and we cooked delicious meals there. The sunshine through the wall of windows in the morning is truly liberating. Parking is convenient right in front of the house and yes there are several stairs, but definitely worth the climb for the spectacular view of Deep Cove. Downtown Vancouver is a short drive as are most attractions; we were lucky enough to have a clear night to witness the lunar eclipse from the balcony over the water-what can I say? We explored Whistler/rode the peak to peak gondola, Shannon Falls, Brackendale (bald eagles), Vancouver Island/Cathedral park/Victoria, town of Mission on the way to Hot Springs, Capilano suspension bridge, Lighthouse Park/Beach House restaurant and the list goes on-most of this thanks to Evelyn's extensive map collection and tour book! Great food, incredible landscape and friendly people-you will enjoy your stay in Deep Cove! Thank you Evelyn for a vacation we will never forget!!

Amazing Spot & Hostess!

Myself and my husband and 2 younger children had the pleasure of staying at this property several weeks ago. We have previously lived in North Vancouver, but did not realize this particular majestic spot on the North Shore! Evelyn could not have been a better hostess for us, meeting us upon arrival and ensuring she walked us through the property. Also, she checked in on us everyday to make sure everything was in order! Hostess with the MOSTEST!

This was the perfect place to stay in Deep Cove as we celebrated our Grandson's first birthday. The view was amazing and Evelyn was the perfect host! She thought of everything - heated toilet seat and towel warmer to a primo coffee maker and a bottle of wine. We would stay here again and again. Thank you, Evelyn, for making our stay so memorable.

Wedding weekend in Deep Cove, BC

My family stayed with Evelyn for my daughter's wedding in Deep Cove during the month of September. Despite a rainy weekend, Evelyn's attention to detail and comfort was outstanding which added to the celebrations. The insert fireplace quickly warmed a large bright living room with view of the mountains and water. Biscotti, coffee, comfortable beds and bedding provided us with the comforts of home. We were within waking distance of the cove and wedding venue. I recommend Evelyn's home and hospitality.

Evelyn is pretty much the best hostess on the planet. I travelled to Vancouver from Alberta with my 3 small kids and Evelyn was incredibly helpful every time she saw me leaving or arriving she would just magically appear to help me unload and get up and down the stairs (which are pretty typical for this area at least of Deep Cove). Everything we possibly could have needed was provided in our suite, and I was able to cook full meals and snacks no problem. There was plenty of room for 4 of us and we easily could have had a few more people (if allowed) and fit comfortably. Full TV options, awesome bath tub, stunning views. I will look to rebook with Evelyn in her suite each and every time we visit Deep Cove. This was our third visit and she was head and shoulders the most accommodating host and perfect layout. The location also couldn't be better for beach access and hiking. Absolutely loved every minute and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for your hospitality Evelyn!

Beautiful view of the water

Evelyn is a wonderful host. Easy to deal with. I arrived at 9 pm and that was no problem for her! Easy parking right in front of her house on the street. Be aware there are over 30 stairs and a couple of landings to traverse before arriving at the home. This was somewhat difficult for me due to a knee injury but if you are mobile without restrictions then probably won’t be a problem for you. Home was clean and well stocked. However the neighbors are very close and I didn’t have quite the privacy I like. Deep Cove is adorable, many shops and restaurants close by. There is also a waterfront park very close where you can rent kayaks. The view is unbeatable and you will love Evelyn! She is a very kind and thoughtful person! Her flowers on property are beautiful!

Why they chose this property

It's a peaceful and friendly community, offers you year-round outdoor activities. Five minutes walk to the village, bus station, convenient store, pharmacy, restaurant, coffee shop, park, beach and cultural centre which has 130 seats air conditioned show theatre. I would love to share my extra, luxury entire apartment ,located in an scenic spot with someone who enjoy mother nature ,sports,. I enjoy meeting my guests come from all around the world, and if you need anything or information,I'm more than happy to help out but also respect your privacy. I living in the upper floor of the house, the guests will be stay in the ground floor .

What makes this property unique

My property is unique because it is located in the heart of DeepCove-Panorama drive ,south east facing. Which will provide you a magnificent view of the sunrise, moonrise and stars. Quarry Rock just behind my house. DeepCove is not only well known in North America, but also in Europe ,hopefully around the world someday. As a primer host ,I can assure you will have a glorious and memorable stay.
