The hotel was great and had your own parking, but not walking distance from anything; however very close driving distance to tourist spots. Location of the hotel is right next to the expressway entrance to either go to Oita or Yufuin, your like in the middle. Overall excellent hotel!!

First hotel ive been to where there was no in person attendant but wow this was a greay experience. Easy parking, clean, good location. And the room was HUGE. Excellent value for money. The rooftop onsen was decent, could be better but that was just a bonus.

This hotel is so far out of town that walking in to town isn’t really an option (at least a hour walk) and the buses only run every half hour. As for the room itself, when you enter the bottom of the stairwell, you can turn on the light at the bottom but not the top. So you have to walk up into pitch black and use a flashlight to find the light switch at the top. The room barely cooled off, even with us blasting the AC units. Other than that, the rooms were nice and the onsen had a very pretty view.

Stay away from this hotel: no person in the front desk; the heat was not working (-2 Celsius); no one answered the phone for customer service … worst nightmare for my stay in a foreign country that only a few persons speak English. I will try to dispute the charges for my stay. I was disappointed that Expedia didn’t step in to help!! Very frustrating and un-professional

ラブホを改装しての施設なので、そこに無理やり設備を入れてるので、奇妙な間取りですが、お値段相応かと。建物内にベンダーやコインランドリーがあるのは、嬉しい。 ただ、私の部屋だけかもしれませんが、シャワーの温度が上がるまで時間かかり、すぐに冷たくなる。また、シャワーヘッドの水量が少ないと感じる。 階上に露天風呂があり大変良いが、鍵付きのロッカーも無いので、少し不安を感じる。

良かったです。

部屋も綺麗に掃除されていて裸足で歩いて逆に床のフローリングが気持ち良いです。 屋上の露天風呂は良かった。 ただ３人同時だと狭いかな。

チェックインの手続きがきちんとされておらず、入るのにかなり時間がかかりましたが、電話したらスタッフの方が迅速な対応をして下さいました。 露天風呂からの景色はとても良かった上に、別府湾で行われた花火大会がお風呂から見物できて最高でした。

新しいので部屋は綺麗だが、壁紙がはかれかけてるなどメンテナンスが必要と思う。露天風呂は狭くお湯がぬるい。部屋の風呂もぬるく、冬は寒いと思う。 安いプランだったためか、駐車場が2台スペースだったので、停めるのに苦労した。ハッチバックの開閉、ドアミラーなど気を使う状態。 別府は価格が高めのホテルが多く、大分の方が安いところが多い。安さの面でここは良かったと思う。由布院に向かうのに場所も良かったと思う。

フロントはiPhone1台⭐️ 誰とも会わずにチェックイン可 ⇨ただフロントでチェックイン完了 しないと、駐車場がわからないので 車を一回フロント前に止める(スペースはある◎)or助手席の民が行けばOK！ 簡単2分で終わります୧( "̮ )୨✧︎ ラブホテルを居抜き&無人だから 変に気を遣わなくていいし静かで 外出もしやすい、安くて不安だったけど 最初に顔写真撮影(コロナ期体温測定みたい) あるから悪意あり怪しすぎる人は宿泊 しないかなぁと思います(´*ω*｀) 露天風呂は鍵ないけど↑の理由で 入りたかった、、でも定員4名くらいで 常に満員御礼だったから断念｡°(ᐡ•̥ᴥ•̥ᐡ)°｡ 祝前だったし。。しかし男湯は貸切 とってもいいお湯だったとのこと💢 うらやましぃー。。無料のマッサージチェア がすごく気持ちよかったらしい。 ビールや軽食の自販機もあったとか... お部屋のお風呂も広くて綺麗で全然 満足できました！お手洗い別だし！！ 口コミとお値段でかなり不安で 宿泊前にお電話にてチェックインの やり方等教えて欲しく...お手数おかけ してしまったのに、とても親切丁寧に 対応してくださった上にたまたま 空いていたからと広いお部屋にグレードアップしていただきました｡°(っ°´o`°ｃ)°｡ チェックインが遅れてしまっても、 全てにおいて優しく対応 してくださいました！ 無人で不安な場合は、 多少繋がりにくいですが お電話で確認するとスムーズかもです⑅︎◡̈︎* 無人なのにとっても暖かい気持ちに なれる素敵なホテルでした♥︎︎∗︎*ﾟ また是非お泊まりしたいです！！

周辺に飲食店が少なすぎるので、飲食してからのチェックインがいいです。 露天風呂は良かったです。お湯質も良くて、高台から別府の夜景が一望でき、温泉に浸かって長旅の疲れが取れたように思います。 また、インターからすぐなので、交通の便利もいいです。
