So close, yet so far.

As with my other review for another Lofts property, the quality of the rooms is good but the cleaning is leaving a lot to be desired and the communication was a nightmare to be honest. The staff are nice when you see them in pedson, but good luck getting the email for check in, any cohesive instructions, or follow up. The most disjointed of experiences. Be aware this hotel is in a residential hood outside of downtown.

The apartment is new, modern and with a nice view; it is perfectly cleaned and there is really everything you need for your stay. Easy parking in the nearby area and well located (more or less 10 minutes by car to Quebec City Centre). The only thing that left us surprised was not receiving any indication for checking in until we phoned the reception (several times), although they should send an e-mail with instructions on the afternoon of arrival. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Très très propre. Malheureusement un peu loin des épiceries (environ 20 minutes à pieds). Peu de resto autour. Mais parfait si l’on doit se rendre à l’Hôpital Enfant-Jésus.

Tres difficile de stationner. Vignette, une heure max, et places très limitées sans vignettes. Jaurais du payer un hotel un peu plus cher avec stationnement pour eviter le trouble. Dommage parce que l'hôtel est vraiment beau et propre.

C’etait super! Tout est bien expliqué par courriels, c’est propre et odorant! Il y’a un stationnement a 1 min a pieds (près du proxime) a 13$ pour toute la journée Tout est inclus à l’intérieur (serviette, papier toilette, vaisselle, séchoir a cheveux , papier mouchoirs, savons a cheveux et corp) Et le service a la clientèle est impeccable 🙂

Le loft à une très belle grandeur. La salle de bain est parfaite. La chambre est isolée par la salle de bain donc très intime. La cuisine est optimale avec tous les ustensiles pratiques. Le seul bémol : aucun stationnement. Et en plein hiver dans les déneigements pendant la nuit ce n’est vraiment pas pratique. Les stationnements à proximité sont éloignés. Pas pratique avec les bagages. Sinon j’ai adoré mon expérience et nous y retournerons sans hésitation.
