The property was amazing, you can not find better location. The only thing that did not make it perfect is that they did not have warm water for the shower.

Needs to provide more written information

There was very little information provided at the room. As a result we could not find the clothes washer/drier. No information about Heraklion (and the city tourist information was closed throughout our stay). Luckily another hotel gave us a map. No information about the heating and hot water systems. The lady who serviced the room was very helpful. There was a QR code that might have provided information, but I could not access it - perhaps because the wifi was was rather slow.
