The building itself was dated, however, the location and views of the beach and the bay were all worth the price. The walk to the beach was easy to make and safe for children. The property is in the heart of SPI with beach shops, restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The unit we stayed in was updated and made the trip feel like home! I would happily stay there again.

Very clean and spacious. Amazing views great beach access. Pools and hot tubs were nice and never too crowded. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Door ley/lock was tricky. Hopefully they will look into it. Overall great place to stay, hopefully we will go back. Definitely recommend!!

Location and waterfront view are amazing, able to walk to the beach safely and convenient. The place is outdated, there’s water leak from the ceiling on the half bathroom, they were able to send a technician to fix the leak so it wasn’t so bad. Unable to adjust the ac on the kitchen area. Property was well maintained and very comfortable. We utilized the kitchen for every meal and it was like being in our own home. Balcony view is gorgeous. Beach is pretty easy to access. Access is gated limiting the usage by the general public. We bring a shade tent and chairs. Be ready to get a spot at 9:00 AM if you want an unobstructed view as the competition between umbrella vendors and beach goers is fast and furious during the busy times. That being said, the people I’m the beach are friendly. We enjoy sitting by the water and taking in all the goodness of the beach and this condo is perfect. We have stayed in different units over the last 4 summers and love it so much we plan to return each summer. We would stay in this unit again.
