The proprietors are helpful. The rooms are clean. It is like a college dorm with rooms, but with limited parking. They do have paid parking though. I personally feel like the pictures posted online to get the customers are misrepresenting. The pictures showed common kitchen areas and common rooms but I did not see none of that.

This place is a great value compared to other options you can book in İstanbul. The building is new, and our studio apartment was also new (I think all the rooms are), with everything clean and shiny. The owner and staff are very nice, polite, and always ready to help or answer your questions about İstanbul. At first, it looks like the property is far from the city, but it’s actually not that far. There’s a huge shopping mall just about 5-minute walk away. If you like to see local İstanbul (I mean local local) just pass the highway bridge across the Pelican mall and you will be in Cihangir, Avcilar with tons of local restaurants and cafes with very reasonable prices witch you will love. We didn’t have a car, but it was easy to get around İstanbul by taxi or bus. You can take a taxi (make sure to use the Bitaksi or Uber app) to the "Küçükçekmece metro" station, which is the closest one. It costs about 7–8 USD. From there İstanbul is yours, you can go anywhere in İstanbul.

Hallo. Ein neues und sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind in zwei Gebäuden verteilt. Leider sind wir später angekommen und haben vom Hotel niemanden erreichen können. Weder telefonisch, noch per Mail. Zum Glück war ein weiterer Gast da, der die Rufnummer von einem Mitarbeiter hatte. Sonst hätten wir ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen. Leider ist an der Rezeption ab ca. 20 Uhr niemand mehr anzutreffen und man kommt nur mit einem Zahlencode in das Gebäude rein. Ein paar Tage vorher eine Mail zu schicken bringt leider nichts. Muss schon viele Tage vorher sein, wenn man spät ankommt
