Unique home from home

I was delighted with many stay here, I wanted to stay all week! All the home comforts, lovely styling, great location and facilities. One of the reception staff was a little abrupt and unhelpful but the rest of the hotel more than made up for it'

fabulous hotel!

We had an amazing stay here - the 2 bedroomed apartment was so wonderful we wanted to move in permanently! Located on Main Street it was the perfect location to share the July 4th festivities

Pros: Location; Right at the top of Main St. One of the best hot tubs of any ski condo I have come across. Large units with plenty of space and large balconies. Underground parking. Cons: It needs some upkeep. The staff had to be reminded every day to open up the hot tub. Says it opens at 2pm, never opened earlier than three and you had to pester them about it. Barely anything to cook with in my unit. Overall: Would definitely stay there again. It was a good value and my room was comfy. Just don't expect much in the way of service.

The property is VERY old and has a very distasteful smell all around, especially in the halls. It felt more like a Motel than anything else. The rooms are owned by a private party that does not provide any room service or maid service for any towels and stuff. The only good thing was the location as it was on Main Street.

Tuve complicaciones con mi viaje (no relacionadas con el hotel) y el personal del hotel me ayudo a resolver, me ofrecieron opciones e incluso tuvieron algunas concesiones. Lo aprecié muchisimo. La ubicación es inmejorable y las habitaciones comodas y con todo lo necesario. Si regreso a Park city seguro volvere a este hotel.

I am writing this review especially thanks to Gab ( Gabriel or Gav not sure which) the Filipino front desk receptionist, for his above and beyond great customer top notch service. He was nice, kind, patience, friendly..The hotel was nice and clean, only their showel gel, hair wash were not good quality. Perfect location on Main street.

Comfortable stay on Main

I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right on main street. Our building was technically on the street above main but all the building connect through the cute courtyard so you do not feel off Main Street at all the people at the desk were so very nice and helpful. The instructions given were detailed and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I loved having a kitchen space. This is an old hotel so you do hear lots of creaking and the noise it almost at times felt like our door was open because you could hear everything. Some of the room needed updates and repainting but even with that and the noise I would honestly still stay again because to me the pros outweighed the cons. I would just recommend ear plugs.
