What a lovely surprise this suite was. I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance and so glad I did. The suite was beautiful, clean, perfect location and the host was very responsive. The suite is on 5th Ave and close enough to Walmart to walk. There is everything you need in the suite to do breakfast and lunch at home. You are so close to many restaurants and shopping and the pool area is perfect. All in all 10 stars.

Worst hotel(apartaments) service ever! 😡

They cancelled my reservation last minute, check in was at 3. They gave me a room number and a key code but as soon as I got there the owner decided they had to cancel because they had no availability. Very rude and bad attitude. They told me I had to contact hotels.com so I could get a refund I still haven't received it. According to hotels they have to cintact the merchant first. Very bad service on both ends. I would totally avoid booking with them.

The room was not effectively cleaned. There was food residue on plates, utensils, and prep areas. Sheets and towels had signs of dirt. The bathrooms were not a lot better. The owner insisted it had been cleaned, but it was poorly done if so. The pool photos fail to show many missing tiles and the spa is unheated. The unit differed significantly from photos. No washer/drier on site. It was sort of 2 bedrooms - the sitting area near the dining area had been converted with some walls that went up 7' or so to section it off as a bedroom. I cannot recommend this place to others.

The apartment itself was excellent. Beds were comfortable, apartment was spacious and fit our family of 5 well, location was great - a half block to 5th Ave and a 5-10 munute walk to beaches. Overpriced food galore on 5th, but get off the strip and affordable and great food to be found. Now the cons. Check in and communication was a mess. No email confirmations or communications whatsoever from the host - eventually after waiting for 30 minutes at the front door, a person arrived, and after many phone calls and texts, she eventually found our room number and we were able to finally feel like we arrived. Hot water on demand was turned off, so no hot water until i realized this and turned it back on. No housekeeping, few towels, not enough blankets. As a whole, once checked in and settled, an enjoyable experience, but the check in chaos definately left a bitter taste in our mouths.

Si pueden busquen algo mejor.

Nos hicieron check in 3 hrs tarde de lo acordado, el apartamento estaba sucio, las manijas y mayoría estaba oxidado, los baños olían feo, seguramente tienen alguna falla en el drenaje. En ningún momento encontré personal para limpieza o algo similar. Al hacer check out nos trataron horrible, literal corriéndonos a pesar de tardar tanto para darnos acceso al apartamento. Pasa por estar tan cerca de la 5ta av y de alguna manera ser privado pero le falta mucho en atención, personal, calidad y mantenimiento.

Nunca pude establecer comunicación con la propiedad, no te dan instrucciones hasta el día y hora del check in dejándote completamente a ciegas. Al llegar no había nadie en recepción, los números y correos no funcionan. La propiedad estaba sucia, los muebles de mala calidad, una silla rota, el sofá roto, la chapa de la entrada rota por lo que demoraba 10 min en abrir. El peor alojamiento en el que me he quedado …

Estuvo muy bien ubicada , el departamento es lindo. Pero es muy ruitosa la calle , y los ventiladores de los locales cercanos hacen mucho ruido . La limpieza del lugar es muy mala , abajo de la cama estaba muy sucio y hasta había tirado un condón .
