O hotel é ótimo, o quarto muito bom com duas suítes e super completa cozinha. A limpeza estava boa, somente a varanda que estava bem suja. Não conseguimos usar as áreas comuns porque estavam passando por manutenção. E a conexão com o shopping ajuda bastante.

Local novinho, bem equipado, com acesso ao Shopping bem Bacana, tudo muito bom até ai. O que desagradou na hospedagem foi Acústica, ficamos no quarto 113 de frente para avenida, fazia mais barulho caminhões, carro e motos dentro do quarto que do lado de fora, acredito que pelo paredão do Shopping ao lado, acabou sendo noites de sono muito ruim, finalizamos exaustos esses 4 dias. Além que no Sábado relatei que estavam jogando entulho bem embaixo do nosso quarto na caçamba que comeram muito cedo antes das 7, disseram que não tinha o que fazer que era obra do Shopping, porém acústica péssima do quarto que foi determinante. O ar condicionado variada não conseguimos regular em uma temperatura agradável, gelava muito ou esquentava. No mais teve algumas observações que ja fiz direto ao atendimento ao Hospede como marcação da Vaga da Garagem e Entrada na Garagem bem confuso primeira vez que esta em cima da Curva, passa direto e não tem como voltar.

Apto moderno e confortável

Apartamento muito bem equipado, muito bonito, com eletrodomésticos modernos e novos (máquina lavar roupas, lava louças, purificador de agua, forno, cafeteira, ferro a vapor). Colchões, roupa de cama e de banho de qualidade. Chuveiro excelente. Garagem ótima. Não é próximo à praia, mas com carro o acesso é bem rápido. Tem passagem interna para o melhor shopping. Prédio moderno, administrado por uma empresa. O check-in é todo automático, com leitura facial pra entrar no prédio e senha pra abrir a fechadura do ap. Deu certo. Não espere contato direto com um anfitrião, é um pouco chato ficar conversando com a empresa em chat automático no whastapp, mas eles atendem e tem alguém no prédio pra ser acionado (a exceção de uma ocasião, que fiquei sem abridor de vinhos). Sugestões: anunciar mais claro que paga diária da garagem separada; deixar no apto algumas coisas que fazem falta pra quem vai usar muito a cozinha (panos de prato, panos de chão, pá de lixo, material básico de limpeza).Mas voltaria e indico com certeza.

Vale muito a pena.

Apartamento amplo, tudo limpo e confortável.A estrutura do local é excelente e o acesso ao Shopping um super diferencial. A noite tem um pouco de barulho dos carros e motos, por conta do movimento da rua, o que atrapalha o início do sono... A localização e ótima. Quando estive na acomodação tomei um susto com um trabalhador na varanda, utilizando rapel, deixou a varanda bem suja. Esse tipo de serviço deveria ser informado ao hóspede com antecedência, sobretudo para fechamento adequado das portas. Senti falta de um cofre no apartamento e uma lixeira maior na área de serviço. A biometria facial não funciona para entrada no prédio, nos outros ambientes era ótimo. Até moradores reclamavam sobre isso. Pelo fato de ter portaria 24h, não passamos maiores problemas. Recomendo e retornaria, com certeza;

Incrível. Tudo lindo e novinho. Senti falta apenas de uma garrafa de café para que pudéssemos preparar o café da manhã. Mas tinha cafeteira (é que prefiro o café coado). Os demais itens de cozinha tinha tudo!

Apartamento excelente! Limpo e novo. Tive dificuldade inicial para ter acesso ao prédio. Não é um hotel. Por isso, é importante providenciar o cadastro previamente. O atendimento é apenas por WhatsApp. O acesso ao prédio é por reconhecimento facial. E o acesso ao apartamento é por senha. Isso está disponível no aplicativo. Café da manhã está disponível em local de fácil acesso no shopping. No geral, fiquei extremamente safisfeito!

Ótima estadia

A estadia foi ótima, o apartamento super confortável, a comunicação com a equipe via WhatsApp foi instantânea, me tirando todas as dúvidas e me suportando quando precisei. Tive um pouco de dificuldade com a fechadura da porta, mas o suporte técnico foi excelente e gastei alguns minutos para aprender a usar. Quando li as avaliações negativas, fiquei com medo do suporte prestado, mas após chegar no local tirei toda a má impressão... O café da manhã é em uma lanchonete no shopping, que por sinal é delicioso. Tem máquinas de lavar e secar "comunitárias", em uma área comum do prédio. Resumindo minha estadia: excelente.
