We stayed in the building close to the Check-In office and the main pool, it was easy to get in and unpacked with little to do running around, with Keauhou Shopping center right up the road you really didn’t need to drive into town to get the simple stuff. The property is amazing and a sense of privacy with midnight security always on duty and welcoming. I Would definitely stay here again

This property was beautifully landscaped and wonderfully appointed. They included beach chairs, snorkel equipment, water shoes, tennis equipment, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. It was great! The only thing I could have asked was for six beach towels instead of four, as we had six in our family. But it wasn't a huge deal. The kitchen was well-appointed, too. And the view was stunning. The balcony was huge. The vaulted ceilings were lovely. We really felt like island royalty! Definitely would love to return.

I love everything about this property. It is so close to grocery store, beach, and what the property has to offer. I can't believe how close we are to the manta ray activities. we were also able to see the whale from our patio. It is nice and clean and spacious.

Condo we got had a poor beds fans stays on only when the light is on and ac didn’t get cold stayed at 80 degrees sleeping at night was terrible we only had the fan with the lights on for air movement. Needs to be updated for sure. Looks nothing like the pictures.

The view of the Ocean from this place is really good !! It has 2 bedrooms and bath, so good living space for a family of 4. Kitchen is little outdated and moderate. It has a nice patio where you can relax and enjoy the Ocean.

This is a beautiful property. I chose it because it had 2 bed 2 bath options with pools and jacuzzi. The only thing I didn’t like was the extra cleaning fees and daily air conditioning fees. These fees need to be put front and center on Expedia instead of at the bottom of a lot of wording or included in the total price.

Overall great stay.

The unit was very comfortable, great location, fantastic view from the room and very nice grounds. The only thing I wish they were more transparent about was the extra fees. When I booked, it was not easy to see that they charged for AC on a daily basis. Now it looks like they may be charging extra for daily electricity in general. Watch the fine print. The AC was definitely needed in June.

Location was great, mins from harbour for snorkelling trips and 15 mins away from downtown. Be careful AC. Ot included in units an extra fee of 50$ per day for using them. That was not mentioned on website while booking and i fell is exaggerated and unnecessary

The property was amazing. The only thing that I didnt like was that extra charge I had to pay when I checked in. They chargred for the useage of the AC. When I booked this property it didn't say anything about additional AC chargers or resort fees.

Fish smell in the kitchen / sink that didn't go away. Place was large but not very clean, you'd think for the large cleaning fee you wouldn't find other people's hair in the bathroom. I cut my reservation down by two nights and they booked me on the fairway, i had ocean view originally. I didn't realize until arriving. Would have canceled completely had i known.

Girls trip

My girlfriends and I stayed for 8 nights, booked through hotels.com. This place did not disappoint! The condo it self was spacious- we had a one bedroom, 2 full bath, and an ocean view. Everything was clean, kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Appliances were in good working condition. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a huge plus! The king size bed was comfy. We did not opted to pay pay the extra $25 a night for AC but it really wasn’t too bad with the slider doors open and fans on. The ocean view was beautiful and at night we got to see all the manta ray tour boats in the bay. The location was perfect. There is a shopping center just up the road with grocery stores, a few restaurants, and gas station. We were less than 10 miles from downtown.

This property had small green lizards inside the unit that scared by children and wife, the units A/C control was locked and you have to pay an additional $35 / day to use that we found out at the property (sly move). There was a sticky mat under one of the tables that had trapped a cockroach. There is no house keeping and I would recommend not asking for toilet paper specially from the manager. After 5 days we ran out of toilet paper and per their suggestion as we checked in, I went to ask for toilet paper and the person at the counter that later presented her as the manager was so condensing and rude that is hard to describe here best to buy a few rolls at the store. If you want to enjoy the hard earned vacation avoid this place for sure. This is my first review because had I read some thing like this I would have not chosen this place.

The view of this property was simply out of this world amazing. Every single morning we felt like we were in heaven! The room was lovely with plenty of space for everyone in our party. It almost felt like we were in a place outside of time. We will definitely be coming back here.

We are a family of 6 and this place was great! The various pools were awesome. The kids found monopoly in the closet and played every night. The bed in the master bedroom had a super hard mattress, but some people love that.
