Very spacious hotel with fantastic location right on the lake side. Quality breakfast, good size pool and free easy to use parking. Hotel could benefit from an upgrade as a little tired and dated. This was in agreement with previous reviews we had read before booking but did not impact on the time in this resort.

Apart from hotel courtesy taxi prearranged with hotel not picking us up from Milan airport(phoned hotel which told to get taxi from rank outside airport) and room near noisy air-conditioning unit (changed room) enjoyed our stay. Near ferry stop, lake views, nice pool and sunbeds, air-conditioned lounge and bar, nice terrace with lake view for drinks outside. Lots of good restaurants nearby with lake views. Favourite was Harry's Bar.

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was ok, room for improvement. Also staff service at breakfast could improve a little. Had to remaind them to refill few iteams often. Lovely swimming pool.

It’s right on the lake and the ferry stops right behind the hotel. Well situated, child friendly and good location. Only thing I didn’t like is the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Overall very good!

Property requires a major overhaul it is very dated. The hotel was not the cleanest we have been in. The staff did not seem interested in the customers often not serving us in an efficient manner or even not serving us at all. When we complained nothing appeared to be done about it.

When entering it felt like walking into an ancient Medevial Castle.Complemented by the beautiful Chandeliers. A beautiful garden greets you when stepping outside We were welcomed by a very friendly gentleman who was fast and effecient.Breakfast was good and sufficient. There was 6 staff members on duty during breakfast which is not common.We were iffered some cofffee on our arrival as soon as we were seated.The rooms are big you feel like you are walking into an apartment with its little entrance hall.Our daughter loved everything about this Hotel. What we liked about the staff is that they were friendly yet classy.I would recommend this Hotel to anyonexwho appreciates good Architecture.

Great base to have for Lake Como Holiday

Nice and close to the pier to be able to get boats and a short hop to Como, where all method of transport was available. Nice resort and hotel was comfortable. I had a lovely visit and would recommend this resort as a good base to visit all of the lake.

Good hotel close to the lake

Close to the lake with easy private parking this dog friendly hotel is an ideal spot. The rooms are a good size and the air-conditioning works well. The breakfast has a wide chice of hot and cold dishes. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

location ideal

The location is perfect especially if you are able to get a lake view room. Which we did!!! Perfect views to wake up or to sit on the small balcony to have a rest and relax. Pool is great to sit around all day or to relax after visiting other towns via the good boat service available less than to mins away . Weather was extremely hot but the air conditioning kicked in well Staff were helpful especially when we asked for Gluten Free bread . Overall an excellent holiday right next to Harry's Bar where George Clooney enjoyed a meal and drink or two!!!!!!

The area around the hotel is brilliant no need to travel more than a 100meters for great restaurants and bars. The views are stunning

Unfortunatly it rained during our stay so we were unable to use the pool. The hotel was a little dated, breakfast was good although the back ground music needs updating. Really the Nolan sisters at breakfast was a bit much.

Perfect hotel location in Cernobbio.

Hotel was a bit of faded glory, but location was spot on. We avoided all meals apart from breakfast, which gave us the opportunity to dine out at the variety of choices available in the town. A short stroll to the ferry and on the doorstep of the Wednesday market, we would happily stay here again.

Dated in needs of refurbishment. Service and facilities are very disappointing. Staff is unhelpful and tired as much as the hotel. Breakfast disappointing as everything else
