Great position for visiting Perugia and Assisi and many towns close by. Quiet, clean and charming; the restaurant is very good.

We liked that it was located inbetween farm land and hills. What we didn't like was the stairs were well used to the point of almost being unsafe. But they are authentic for the time period when it was built.

La struttura è fantastica, un piccolo paradiso immerso nel verde parcheggio facile e proprietario super gentile compreso il personale della colazione. Unico neo se posso nella mansarda dove dormivo le finestre non avevano un telo per le finestre e già alle 5 brava mezzogiorno.

Soggiorno di una notte sola ma ho potuto apprezzare la tranquilita del posto e l'accuratezza degli spazi interni ed esterni. La piscina è comoda e ottima la posizione vicina alla E45 ed a pochi km dal centro di Deruta

Una vera oasi di pace camere se si vuole un po’ spartane ma la cura degli spazi esterni la bella piscina gli ambienti comuni sono notevoli. Migliorabile la colazione, un po’ modesta.
