Brilliant appt in old town

Brilliant appt in the heart of the old town. Everything is mins away and all conveniences are at your doorstep. Coffee shop, chimney cake, supermarket right opp and exchange next door. Uber can be booked to a location just 100 mtrs away. The studio appt was wonderful. It’s huge by European standards and well maintained. Well equipped for a short stay but u have to get washing pods and tea/ coffee by yourself. Sufficient linen provided Service is decent. Our kettle was not working day 1 but was never replaced. No email or WhatsApp given to connect if there is an issue, only a phone no which may not be convenient for tourists. Tip: the appt name is not written anywhere but the geolocation takes u to the exact place.

Prefect location

The perfectly located property to explore the main attractions. The stay was comofrtable and property managmnet communication was good. Very easy check-in process. The property is well maintained and clean.

The property is situated in an ideal location for exploring Prague on foot. All sights are very close. But even though it is in the heart of the city it is very secure and quiet for sleeping. All to a very high standard both in taste and cleanliness. The company respond quickly if you have a question such as airport transfer, which worked very well. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

Secure, central location.

The apartment was very central, and secure. It was very clean with good facilities. The staff were helpful. Public transport from the airport to the apartment was good. The apartment was warm and comfortable even during the extremely cold weather. The only thing that we could suggest to improve our visit would be to have included some comfortable lounge chairs and also for the instructions for the appliances to be in English. Otherwise we could not fault the apartment and would certainly recommend it and return to it.

In the middle of the old town with comfotable room

The room was not spacious and without a nice view, but clean and comfort. Though the guests staying next to me made a big noise with their front door open!

Fabulous apartment. Great location.

Really nice, spacious apartment. We didn't read the instructions carefully enough and missed the bit where you were supposed to go to reception at another address to get the keys but someone from reception came to meet us in a matter of minutes and was incredibly helpful. The location is perfect and the apartment is really comfortable. We were there on the coldest night of the year and it was just a touch chilly in the apartment but this was fairly extreme weather and it was only a tiny bit cold. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Convenient large apartment

The apartment shuttle was prompt and whilst slightly more expensive than other taxis were friendly and it was convenient to go straight to the apartment on arrival. We stayed in the magic hat apartment which was very spacious and mostly modern throughout. It did get a little too warm at times but the windows opened fully to cool it down. As others have said it was noisy from the street but no more than is natural given you are literally in crawling distance of the old town square and the Charles bridge. Excellent overall experience we loved Prague :)

Convenient and reasonable price apartment

It was amazing refurbished apartment with washing facility. There was a hiccup to collect the keys as the drivery who picked us us just drop us on the road side and he spoke no English. We understand that he supposed to inform the hotel when we were there. The address of the street is not in sequence of it was hard to locate. Advise to have a map before go there. Other than that strongly recommended !

Clean studio room with service in good location.

Small multifloor apartment complex - the same company has multiple properties in the area. Hotel service (24h reception/daily room cleaning) was available. Wifi worked. Fun game in room kept us entertained. Bathroom was massive. Room was clean, albeit window did not close securely. Parking was the worlds biggest nightmare... and I got overcharged, but they more than fully reimbursed the problem - which was nice. Good location, 5mins to Charles Bridge, 25min to castle, 25mins to State Opera, 5mins to old town.

Amazing location

The apartment was beautiful, exactly like the pictures show. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the old town square. The staff were very friendly. The transfer was great, the gentleman turned up exactly as we came out of the airport and took us as close to our apartment as possible where we were met by someone who worked for Prague Residence. He showed us around the apartment and dealt with everything we needed, saving us walking to the reception and back with our suitcases. I would recommend these apartments to anyone, they were exceptionally clean and well looked after. Some reviews mention the noise but if you have the windows closes you can hardly hear it, and it was nothing we didn't except from being in a city centre. The apartment was equipped with plenty of fans which helped cool the room down without opening the windows

Beautiful apartment in the center of the old town

The apartment is extremely well located - you couldn't have a better location! Buzzing street during the day with plenty of shops and a bakery right in front where you can try their typical pastry called Trdelnik (cinnamon rolls that are to die for), and very quiet at night as the bar area is at a 15min walk. It is also right next to the astrological clock. The apartment is very big, warm and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom is also very big and well equipped with towels and little amenities (soap, shower gel, etc.). There wasn't anything we missed in the apartment! We arrived late at night, so we had a taxi arranged with a lovely man who was waiting for us at the airport. He was in contact with the reception so when we arrived we had someone waiting for us to show us in and give us the keys, payment, etc., as the reception was closed. They were very nice and friendly also during our check-out. Totally recommended!

Lovely hotel

We stayed for a weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We found the hotel te be conveniently located. The staff were wonderful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Overall great experience! Would recommend to anyone visiting Prague!

Excellent apartment in the middle of town

Great hotel which has been newly refurbished in a fantastic location right in the middle of the square. The only downside was noisy at nights being right in the middle of town.

Location of this property is great, you are in the middle of Old Downtown Prague, 2 minutes walk to the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge. Lots of options to dine and shop. Since it was winter we were really close to the Christmas Market located in the Plaza right by the Astronomical Clock which was wonderful. It was a little bit noisy at night since the street bellow is pedestrian and very busy. Important Note: There in no front desk at this property so it is extremely important to do the online check in before you arrive, otherwise you will not be able to get in. There is a phone you can call and will be answered but you will still have to make the online checking to get your access code, and doing it from your phone which might not have a really good connection can be tricky. So I strongly recommend doing it before you go so everything runs smoothly.

Great Location; Subpar everything else

Pros: - The location is awesome. Right in the middle of Old Town Square. It has great proximity to everything you want to do there. - Security: With the digital lock etc, the place is as safe as it can get. Cons: - Road is not accessible to taxis. So, you have to carry your baggage through the street after drop-off. - No laundry facilities. - Cleaning service is extra and not done unless you stay more than 5 days. With the minimum towels etc provided, the place can get dirty fast. - No reception as it exists in a block away in another apartment building. - Poor hospitality in the reception. Both the ladies in the front desk in the other building were least helpful, even for typical questions like tourist map etc. Could be a bit of racism or snobbery, but without judging too much, they were just bad as receptionists. - Kitchen: It comes advertised as a full-equipped kitchen. That is stretching the definition. It is just a corner with an induction stove and hardly what one would call an equipped kitchen. - Cleanliness: Average. With things like old dustbins with faulty lids etc. Would I go there again? Yes, but to a different building/apartment in the same neighborhood. Summary: Overall, keep your expectations to a minimum in terms of quality of accommodation. And enjoy the location and its proximity to everything Prague Old Town has to offer.
