2 nights in Gdansk

Two nights in Gdansk before moving on to Sopot. The reception girls are very focused on taking the additional fees for cleaning and city tax... not much explanation of facilities available (which we found out about later) that there is a gym and bar. They spoke quite poor English, which for this role, should be a minimum expectation. When we needed to book a taxi upon departure, they were grudgingly helpful... Customer service needs improving.

Great location and spacious but no AC and cleaning

In the heart of Old Town with an amazing city view! Very specious and modern. Cons are no AC that was quite bad in the summer and no cleaning during the stay included. Also, reception only opened till 18. Very nice and helpful staff.

Excellent Location

This is a serviced apartment and the staff were really accommodating by making arrangements for me to pick up keys in the middle of the night due to a late flight made even later by travel delays. The apartments themselves are amazingly central, a few hundred meters from the historic waterfront crane and the cathedral.

Great location

The apartment is in an excellent location. Close to all attractions. Great restaurants and bars within minutes of apartment. The apartment is clean and modern. Bed is slightly on the small side for two people, but otherwise I would recommend to others. Central Gdansk is a 10min walk away and central train station accessible for visiting outer areas.

Really nice hotel close to Old Town

Was a great stay with a friend, very close to the Christmas markets as well as to the Europejskie Centrum Solidarności. It was freezing but apart from that we had a great time exploring the town and eating Pierogi and Barszcz!

Central and spotless hotel

Just returned from a weekend in Gdansk. Apartment was lovely and better than expected. Could have had better pillows would be my only recommendation! Access was secure! Once we figured the little tab on the key ring opens the gates electronically. This could have been explained better when we arrived late at night.

Excellent apartment - worth every Zloty!

Fabulous apartment! Centrally located (a couple of streets from the river), very well equipped and in great condition. Only stayed three nights but could have comfortably stayed a week or so. Staff were fabulous (met three in the office and the security guy) and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Secure underground parking directly beneath the apartment meant that the hire car was nice and safe, and more importantly warm! We didn't get to use the sauna or jacuzzi but they were offered to us if we had wanted to use them. The only thing to count would be the lift that was out of order. No problem for us but old or disabled people may struggle. Gdansk as a destination is fabulous. As a young well-travelled couple we were wondering whether to go to Sopot (drawn by the nightlife) or Gdansk which we though would be quieter. We weren't disappointed in the slightest as there are plenty of bars and clubs in the old town.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable.

The apartment is a 5 min walk from the river and tourist attractions in the old town. Close to the train station and airport as well. Excellent facilities although we didn't need to use half of them. Bed was a little small, but comfortable. Tip. If you want to do washing, bring some washing liquid with you. Overall A. 4.5 stars.
