ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We booked the honeymoon room, which was pure perfection. The private hot tub actually was quite hidden from anyone, the breakfast was insane, and the people were the best! Highly recommend.

Amazing stay. We booked the honeymoon suite and the view was incredible. Marina and the staff were super helpful when it came to booking an easy car rental and the location is centrally located to provide easy access to all of Oia. Breakfast was amazing and I can't recommend this place enough.

We absolutely loved our stay at Armeni Villas in Santorini, and are telling everyone they need to go! Marina and Billy were amazing at helping us with recommendations and calling for a driver. Our villa was delightful with a 180 deg. view of the Aegean. We couldn't believe how gorgeous it was. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and a delicious breakfast every morning. Can't wait to go back!

The view on the private terrace for our Honeymoon villa was spectacular! We enjoyed the hot tub and the service from the hotel staff was super friendly. Wished we would have booked longer! Lots of steps down but the staff assisted with our luggage. Only con would be that it was a bathtub only inside and no shower. The bathtub had a spray nozzle to help washing hair, just awkward and a minor inconvenience. Walkable to the restaurants in the area, souvenier shopping, and the bus station.

The staff were excellent. Marina spent two hours communicating as we explored options to book a cruise and Billy carried our Harvey bags with no complaints. The steps were probably the only, but the view made up for it. We were in the ambassador suite and the two rooms were great for our three person family. Easily five people could stay in the apartment. If you like to cook some things for yourself - be sure to ask for pots and pans - they will gladly bring them. Don’t forget to feed the mamma black cat with her four babies that live close by.

Embedded in the heart of Oia, this property provides you with an authentic historic Greek feel with amazing views at all hours of the day. For those whose reservation includes it, the breakfast service is fantastic. For our experience, the pictures posted by Expedia are pretty much spot on in comparison to the actual property. One important component to your trip that is not spoken about in the property details that you MUST be aware of is the arrival process to the property. Because of the historic makeup of Oia and where the property is located, vehicles can only get so close to where the property is located. As such, guests are driven to and dropped off by your chosen transportation service at an area affectionately known by everyone in Oia as the "Post Office." Your transport will drop you and advise you that "someone" from the property will arrive at the drop off area to escort you and your luggage to the property. From there, it is collectively a 10 minute walk and descent down rock stairs to the property. While the property attendant does his best to physically carry your luggage to your chosen villa, you may be tempted to assist in carrying your luggage to your villa to avoid any delay. Otherwise, you can wait at the top of the stairs with your luggage until the attendant drops what he was already carrying and comes back for the remaining bags. If you have never stayed at this property it is important to be prepared for this aspect of your stay.

We stayed for a night in mid April 2016. A superb and relaxing experience. Some comments below: Pros: Location-within walking distance to town,safe area Porter-free Owner-very friendly,helpful,polite,welcoming,even offered free breakfast Cave Room-spacious,clean,in good condition; big fridge, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower in cave; included gym facilities Balcony - spacious with high privacy. Stunning sea view, very relaxing esp sunbath after swim. Very wam sun in April. Dining area available Pool in cave - is big and clean. Really enjoyed music from cave while swimming, with red wine, overlooking sea Breakfast: Wasn’t expecting this but it was excellent in terms of quantity and taste, esp enjoyable with the view. Ordered on arrival, variety of options available. Sent on time View - is peaceful Cons: Location-Steep steps to room as expected on a mountain Balcony-some noise from neighboring building maintenance, occ workers standing on the roof next to our balcony. Some ants were in the balcony as expected, cat arrived while having breakfast Pool- was cold,could hardly swim long. Would be much better with warm water from winter-spring Hotel worker - Visit before check out time 1200, could come after 1200 1.send breakfast which was acceptable. 2.Collect the remains of breakfast 3.Change a chair for no reason 4.start cleaning pool and attempting to clean kitchen. A bit inconvenience, could be improved Hope the review is helpful!

Pros: Great ocean view. Cozy villa. Breakfast daily. Pleasant porter, and good luggage porter service. Airport transfer arranged easily for reasonable charge. Breakfast delivered to villa so you can eat overlooking ocean. Since it's built as a cave, humidity fluctuates, so they have a dehumidifier. Cons: Communication: no reception desk, and main contact was hours away in Athens, so communication had to be on WhatsApp and then wait for reply. Cleanliness: Hot tub tiles were moldy so we couldn't use. Tub dirty, bed sheets seemed unclean Bathroom: Tub not draining properly so water filled up. No overhead shower only handheld. Hot water is limited, so need to wait between 2 people showering. Safety: Steps down to honeymoon villa are unsafe, steep and rail is at knee level. Overall walls around all villas are around knee level, so need to be cautious. Balcony on one of the villas is very unsafe, easy to accidentally fall through, with 3ft opening between top and bottom rail. Breakfast: average tasting, food and coffee cold by the time it was delivered. I know they were trying their best, but in mid November, not very crowded, so i expected better. Also the cleaning lady makes the breakfast, which I guess because they are understaffed, but i wish they hadn't told me. AC/Heat: vent system is in living room, and there is a remote control which doesn't work from bedroom, so you have to get up to change. This is not really a big deal, but thought I'd mention.

Wow what an amazing stay me and friend have just had here. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a friendly welcome and help to get our suitcases to the villa. Eva was amazing! She accommodated us throughout the whole stay and nothing was too much honestly the most genuine friendly lovely lady ever, we were very sad to say goodbye to her. The villa was beautiful and the views were like something from a movie. The hot tub was such a hit and we made good use of it. Everyday we had breakfast delivered to the room at our selected time and it was delicious. Our villa was cleaned everyday and we were provided with fresh towels, there were so many little touches what made this stay so special and one to remember. We hope to be back and I will be recommending to everyone. Thankyou so so much for everything we are truly grateful for this amazing stay.

We stayed 3 nights in the honeymoon villa. Firstly, the caldera views, private hot tub, and amazing breakfast make this stay worth it. If you’re looking for a ritzy/cushy stay, this won’t be it though. The bathtub has a handheld sprayer but it is not a shower. The bed is okay but not super comfortable. Housekeeping came daily and we had new towels and a fresh bed each day. The hot tub and nighttime views of the caldera were such a nice way to relax at the end of a busy day exploring. Other reviews stated a moldy hot tub; it wasn’t exactly squeaky clean but I wouldn’t call it moldy; I like a clean space and I felt comfortable using the hot tub. Dining options are plentiful and all were very good. We lost power a couple of times which was inconvenient but fixed pretty quickly. We would stay here again!

Amazing view

We booked the villa with a hot tub. We got there very early about 9am and they gave us the room right away. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. Amazing view, lots of space. The staff was lovely. I will recommend it with everyone who is planning to go to Santorini
