We had a four bedroom apartment for 6 adults and two children for three nights. Two adults declined to stay and went elsewhere. - I really don’t think that the property was properly maintained and checked before we arrived. I messaged and emailed a list of issues to the staff on duty, but unfortunately the poor man seemed to be the only person checking in and responding to issues. 1. Nails protruding from stair carpet caused a significant cut to the 6 year olds foot. - Not addressed during our stay. 2. In sufficient crockery and cutlery - Addressed on second day. 3. No lamps or side lights in one bedroom- Not addressed during our stay. 4. TV did not work as it did not have internet connection. Addressed in our third day. Although internet connection did go down regularly anyway. Not reported during our stay… … no soap etc in upstairs bathroom. … cleaning issues, found a number of interesting items under beds. Disappointing overall. Have stayed with Veriu several times before. They are not the cheapest, but they are usually reliable. It is a shame as it could easily have been som much better.

Property was excellent. Great location and clean & spacious for our family. Air conditioning was not working properly and light bulbs missing and although reported, were not fixed during our stay. Could do with a clothes rack or a washing line to hang up items which cannot be tumble dried. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Very good location for Camperdown, good bus links to sydney. Comfortable. A bit short on glasses, wine. Housekeeping was a bit light, didn't clean the kitchen area, we only had coffee and a snack, didn't cook at all so it wasn't really dirty. Thought the cups and plates could have been put away.

Superb Apartment Hotel

Amazing hotel in Sydneys's inner west. Excellent amount of equipment in the apartment including a great coffee machine. Bus stops close by made getting into the city centre quick and easy. The nearby Broadway shopping centre is also worth a visit. The room itself was superb and very comfortable and an enjoyable place to stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great apartment, very modern. Suited our needs.

Nice stay at these apartments which have great style. Shame the interior courtyard wasn't used for a little pool was our suggestion. Wouldn't stay here for a long holiday or anything as it is right on a horrible main road. I must say this wasn't a problem at all, no noise or anything as the windows were great but it just isn't a pleasant spot. It suited us for what we needed at the time. We did like the brand new style and it was all very clean. The main bathroom however was really far too small and the wash basin was a ridiculous tiny version of the kind you would get in a downstairs small toilet. Some wasted space in the main area of the apt could have been used to allow for a bigger main bathroom and more space in bedroom 2. Shelves and hooks in the bathroom would also have helped so there was space to put things. There was nowhere to put any toiletries and nowhere to hang our wet towels which was annoying. Easy to improve this.

I stayed here for 3 nights and the best bit is that you have so much space! The room is clean and offers you a place to make your own and relax, as well as being the ideal place for people who want to explore (that's what I was doing). Apart from there not being many options near by for buying food, it is brilliant. It is not more than a 10 minute bus ride from central station and is not in the city itself so you can escape the hustle bustle at the end of the day. I was able to check in early, use parking facilities for a night and the staff were very friendly. I loved the fact that reception is basically outside and if you needed any thing there was someone there to help. Prior to my arrival they were also very responsive to emails and this meant everything was easily arranged. If I am ever back in Sydney I will definitely stay here again! :)

Perfect location and luxurious and spacious

The chap on reception was exceptionally helpful and could not have done any more to help. The only drawback was that there was a large group of people staying and at early morning times they were very noisy talking between rooms from the balconies which is greatly accentuated by the atrium design. Not the hotel's fault, more just other people being inconsiderate.

Just right for what I wanted

Apartment was perfect for what I wanted - close to work, lovely apartment, easy admin and nice staff. The area isn't exciting, but I found plenty of decent places to eat nearby and swam in the outdoor pool in Victoria park a few times.

Lovely hotel, very helpfull and friendly staff

Had a 5night stay at the Veriu Suites, nice spacious and very clean room, friendly staff, and very helpfull. The room comes with all modern appliances even washer, and tumble dryer,. There is a bus stop 50 yards down from the complexe, so easy access to the city. Only down side in my opion is that there isn't a lot around the complexe, so you do need to walk, approx 30min, or take the bus to Central Station, or the city, but that wasn't a big issue.

Big and spacious apartment.

A pity for facilites like swimming pool or gym is missing like didn't dampened our stay as there's other things for us to do like shopping. Public bus transport is very convenient and Broadway Sydney shopping is just a few stops away. Close to all the attractions too. Wifi didnt work on 1st day but Alex helped to get it sorted soon.
