I like the staff who are friendly, also the location was superb that you can easily walk around St. Peter’s square. Sad to say, no coffee and tea on the lobby as stated in the amenities. Only on breakfast, cold bread and pastries. Well, good enough to fill your belly for an early start of the day. I stayed for 6 nights, it’s good only to sleep, you get what you paid for. Not bad at all. Safe tho. Not a negative comment, but don’t expect more on this small, cute hotel. Walking distance in almost all of the tourist spots in Rome.

The Hotel itself was good and closed to St. Peter Church as I expected but poor air-condition very noisy and breakfast wasn't good so we have our on food

These rooms are in a quieter part of Rome which we loved after a busy day sightseeing. We could see the Vatican walls from the rooftop terrace. Perfect for our family stay.

Clean and friendly

The receptionist was super helpful, telling us what was close and how to get there whilst also giving us a map. The room was clean, had a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom but over all was a nice clean room with daily cleaning services. I loved that the room came with a safe and fridge. Rome is a beautiful place and all we could’ve asked for is a clean room and a place to sleep. And this hotel was more than we could’ve asked for, and in such an amazing location next to the Vatican!

A clean and tidy straightforward family suite.

The rooms are a little dated but clean. We liked the amount of wardrobe etc space in our little family suite, also the fact that there were separate bedrooms for both children. The kitchen was small so don't plan on cooking any major five course meals. The breakfast is basic and won't fill you up for a day, unlike some but the coffee machine at breakfast delivers a range of good coffees. If you stay here it's only a short (downhill) walk to the Vatican. But an even shorter walk to the excellent Papa Rex Restaurant. Turn left out of the hotel - go to the end of the road and down the steps. Ta da! Great food at fairly sensible prices. Good portions too with friendly staff.

Avoid at all cost, health risk

First room shower wasn’t working, when we told management he said it was impossible, very rudely then after a bit, said we were being upgraded to a larger room/apartment with kitchenette. I was pleased and thanked him, until we saw the room. Yes the shower worked but the bedroom had mould all over the walls. After raising the complaint about the first room, we spent the next 3 days not comfortable with talking to the staff as they made us feel like we had done something wrong. Rome is stunning, this hotel is a health and safety risk!!! I wasn’t expecting 5 star luxury as it was saying 3 star but I do expect a level of cleanliness. Expedia, take this hotel off your list!!

Pretty fine.

A short stay but welcomed even after midnight. Bed rock hard and why no sky tv seems a pity if minor. No blinds over bathroom mirror so nice view for me not si sure for neighbors so close to Vatican

Terrace is very dirty.

On the breakfast not served ham, cheese , friut, vegetables. It was only roll, butter and jam. Juice as the worst quality. Definitely I not recommend this property.

Nice hotel

The hotel staff and room itself were fantastic. Breakfast is your standard Italian breakfast. maybe could add some meats and cheese to the selection. We had room with private bathroom which was massive. Lift to the room which made it easier. the only downside is the 70 steps to get to the hotel. This would be no good for people with mobility problems. However I would stay at this hotel again. You have views of st Peter's basilica and the Vatican wall. Couldn't get any closer if u tried.

Well me and the mrss arrived at 0030 straight from the airport we got charged 20euro for late arrival we had no hot water as i had a bath an unplugged the bath the metal grid in the floor was flooding the whole bathroom because it wasnt secrue to the ground.
