Outstanding hotel

Absolutely loved our stay here couldnt have asked for more. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was lovely and hotel staff was very friendly and accomadating. We will defo be back.

This was by far the best holiday i have had ever. The staff were all exceptionally helpful, one actually saved me over €100 by over 3 days helping resort a driving error on the motorway. Hotel was very clean, rooms modern and spacious and great value. Breakfast is included, great variety of food on offer. I could go on and on but the best way is for you to try it, you will not be disapointed.

Lovely fresh modern décor, very clean, excellent breakfast. Staff were great. Good AC and daily cleaning of the room. Very near the beach and restaurants/shops. Free use of the hotel bikes.

Massive suite with 2 balconies, nice and clean, sheets were changed each day on our 3 days there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were amazing with fantastic selection for all. They even cleand my car windows for my departure which was a nice surprise.

We stayed 8 nights at the Astoria in a deluxe suite which was spacious. The staff here are excellent and the breakfast buffet is superb. Great location with parking available.

Excellent hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you :) rooms were spacious and clean. And location was brilliant, 5mins walk to the beach.

Great Hotel. A little gem !!

My first comment has to be about the staff: they are very friendly yet professional & helpful. I've stayed in many top hotels across Europe and the staff at the Astoria are among the best. The breakfast was good at this level. The bedroom was large, clean and comfortable, the mattress very firm. It was very warm in the room when I arrived but the heating controls responded fine and the room cooled. Parking felt secure and convenient. Wifi signal was perfect in my room & I had no problem face-timing home. The hotel is very well located and near to lots of restaurants and bars. I'm quite fussy about hotels but I would definitely stay there again and I look forward to returning.

Lovely Suites, just 20metres from the main street

suite was large with two separate rooms, each with their own on-suite bathroom, so perfect for the 4 of us. Small fridge and microwave (not used), plus a personal safe, kettle etc in room. Breakfast was nice, staff were very courteous and more than helpful. Nice location, hidden away but very close to some very nice restaurants and the main street, and about 100m from the beach too. Highly recommended, we would stay there again.

Very friendly staff, lovely hotel

We had a superb stay at this hotel for 12 nights. It is set back from the main road so the rooms are quiet. The breakfast was very good and the staff - in fact all of the staff we encountered - were very welcoming and helpful, making excellent recommendations for dinners out and explaining how things worked. It all made for a very restful stay. The swimming pool was lovely too: very clean and a good size.

Quiet hotel close to beach

What a lovely hotel. Picked this one because other nearby hotels with pools were right up to the road. This one was quiet, nice pool area that wasn't overcrowded - although if you want to spend the day sunbathing, you would be better off going to the beach because it is overlooked by trees and as the sun passes over, the poolside is never in full sun - you sort of have to chase it round. Breakfast is very nice, rooms are spacious, clean, and the mini bar replenished daily. Staff are very helpful - will sort out sunbeds for the beach, advise on nice restaurants, help with train times and pre order taxis for very early checkouts!

Fantastic hotel and staff

We stayed for 1 night in August on our way down driving from the uk to south italy with a stopover in Rimini and we found the hotel so lovely and the staff even lovelier especially to help us check in , park and even offering to hosing our car in the morning as there were some pine tree needles on top , fantastic service. The hotel location is easy to find and located near some nice restaurants and bars. Breakfast was superb and we were offered coffee made for us at the bar included. We will definitely visit again.

Superb location great staff

Hotel ocation was fantastic, right at the heart of Rimini near all the shops, bars, food was on our doorstep. Staff was superb as well, only issue i had was with the room you had to pay an extra 50euro to get access to the kitchen area (sink, cooking facilities, bin, knifes and plates) which i considered a bit of a con.

Hotels.com sold us a Deluxe suite. When we got to Astoria they showed us the booking they got and it was for a standard family room. They had no deluxe suites left to give us. Contact Hotel before you go to confirm.

Not what I call a 4 star hotel

Firstly the hotel was situated in a very good part of Rimini and most of the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and spoke reasonably good English. The room at first seemed perfect, but when we started to use the room facilities we found not everything was as it seemed. The kettle plug was too big for the electric socket and the TV in the Lounge had a broken aerial socket. As we had an adapter for the kettle, and didn't watch TV in the lounge, we didn't report it to the hotel. The bed and pillows were extremely hard and it took a long time to get used to. The worst part of this hotel for us, was the noise coming from the adjacent room, and the room above ours. It seemed that the walls and ceiling were paper thin, and you could hear things coming from the next room and room above. It didn't help that the people above us seemed to wake early (around 7 AM) and drag the furniture around for a good few minutes every morning, waking me up. You could also hear every time someone near our room opens a shutter or slams a door shut. Also our room was right next to the lift so everybody on our floor had to walk past our door to get to the lift or staircase. Families with young children would walk past and the kids were often shouting and screaming, so unless you could sleep through world war 3 I don't recommend this hotel.
