Bonne situation pour visiter la Corse du Sud.

Sejour d'une semaine debut oct. La situation geographique pour visiter corse du sud etait parfaite. Pour les jours où nous ne roulions pas ,nous avons apprécié Porto Pollo avec sa jolie plage, à 3kms environ, tres agreable car protégée du vent qui etait tres frais ! Debit oct, la residence était donc très calme. Piscine non chauffée, et vraiment trop froide pour en profiter. Apt agréable, propre & spacieux pour 2 personnes, mais meublé " très vieillot ", avec des luminaires style garage . Hotesse d'accueil compétente, autochtone, qui de ce fait prodigue les bons conseils !

Etablissement situé à 20 kms de Propriano et non à 2 kms (comme indiqué sur la publicité). Accueil assez sympathique et impression qu'il règne une discipline de fer pour la quiétude des résidents. Ensuite on déchante très vite. Nous avions réservé un appartement avec vue jardin (à proscrire absolument). C'est en fait une vue sur talus et la chambre de l'appartement est obscure, pas de fenêtre...Nous demandons à changer et obtenons moyennant 30 euros supplémentaires par nuit une soi-disant villa avec vue mer. Un peu mieux mais aucune porte de placard ne ferme (il en manque même une dans la cuisine), l'intérieur n'a pas été balayé et pas de serviettes . Terrasse pleine de mauvaises herbes. La connexion WI-FI est quasi nulle (une box pour 150 logements). Le deuxième soir, le ballon d'eau chaude lâche et inondation dans le logement... Appel téléphonique et pout toute réponse " ça va bien s'arrêter de couler on verra demain". Pas de proposition de relogement, aucune visite. Réparation faite "à l'arrache", franchement dégoutante. Le lendemain (dernière soirée) la TV ne marche plus. Aucune proposition de dédommagement. En résumé : établissement très mal entretenu (espaces verts et logements), on se demande d'où viennent les trois étoiles... Dommage car le site est magnifique et mériterait mieux. La piscine est à peu près correcte car chauffée. Mais seulement 14 transats plus ou moins défoncés pour 150 logements. Nous déconseillons fortement. Le mot scandaleux n'est pas exagéré.

Le site avec vue sur la Baie de Cupabia est superbe et nous fait découvrir cette plage sublime sans la foule des stations balnéaires du sud de la Corse. Lea appartements et les installations sont correctes. Le rapport qualité prix est bon .

Vue, clim et propreté au top. Résidence piétonne et c'est très bien. Il manque quelques détails pour que tout le confort y soit. J'ai déjà tout dit à la réception. Nous y reviendrons. La Corse, quelle île !

Les matelas des banquettes convertibles du séjour sont à changer. Une simple mousse de basse qualité sur un sommier à lattes....mal de dos assuré. Mais ce n'est peut-être pas le cas dans tous les logements...

Desservis de tout

Résidence jolie , calme et propre mais le village Serra-di-Ferro est desservis de transport en communs de commerces, supérette pour faire ses courses pour manger à l’appartement, HOTELS.COM précise les minutes et KM pour les plages mais pas l’état des sentiers pour y accéder car il faut escalader et c très dangereux en descente ! Faites attention si vous s’y aller avec enfants ainsi que pour faire des courses si vous êtes à pieds pas de transports en communs ou navette , pas de location de scooter pour se rendre au Spar le seul supermarché à 7km à pieds pour descendre ça va mais pour remonter avec vos courses pour 10 jours c’est la catastrophe, taxi hors de prix , Uber pas dans le coin , Serra-di-Ferro est un village mort et ne soyez pas malade y a pas de pharmacie pas de bar tabac pour les fumeurs , tout ceci est à savoir si vous n’avez pas de voiture

Les : Résidence très bien située, nous avons profité d'une excellente vue de notre appartement en rez de chaussée donc bien pratique. Proximité du village et snack/épicerie sur le site. Plage de Porto Pollo à 10 min en voiture Les - : Murs et sols pas propres du tout mais pour le reste ça allait. Attention, absolument aucun produit ni liquide sur place, il faut TOUT acheter (Liquide vaisselle, sacs poubelle, produits entretien car cuisine à nettoyer avant le départ, Papier toilette, etc etc) Le parking, à l'extérieur du site donc non surveillé, est très poussiéreux

Amazing views, beach within walking distance, very helpful staff. The residence was in a good position for exploring interesting sights in the surrounding area. Our apartment was in a very quiet part, the whole residence was calm and relaxed. We would definitely go again.
