Excellent stay. The 2 bedroom family suite was perfect. It was very nice and comfortable. We could have stayed for a month. The location is great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Next time I am in Bangkok I will plan to stay again.

Was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which was a nice surprise. The onsite spa Chapter 6 Sathorn is excellent with amazing massage therapists. BTS Skyline station right outside with easy access to river ferries. Definitely recommend.

This is the best hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok. I stay here with my wife around 4 to 5 times a year. The staff is so great. This hotel I very love it. It feels like home to me. They like to give us an upgrade to 2 bedroom suit but only me and my wife stay there. We don’t need an extra room. I would prefer we get free breakfast instead for the upgrade.

Great hospitality & amenities in perfect location

Great location of hotel. Walking distance to train, local markets, restaurants and more. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. Remarkable gym with 2 levels. Pool is nice. Didn’t get chance to use spa as it was temporary closed at time but there was one across street at another which we all received authentic Thai massage. Hotel has everything you need! Great experience!

Good location but old

The location is good, there is health land and supermarket near by, next to BTS, easy to access everywhere. However the facilities are very old, many amenities in the room are not well functioning or broken, especially toilet flushing. That's unpleasant stay. The staffs are nice and try their best to help.

Favorite hotel in Bangkok

My wife and I love this hotel. It is the best hotel we ever stayed in Bangkok. The staff is incredible. It is very close to the BTS station St. Louis. I wish I could live there. Seriously. Our 1 bed room suite was close to 100 sm. Very nice and modern and super clean. We can\t wait to go back.

This is a great hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were spacious and had everything that you could need. It was a stones throw from the train line and the nearest 7 eleven. Would definitely recommend you stay here if visiting Bangkok.
