We loved our stay, the condo was extremely clean, had everything you might need for cooking. The area is ideal with its walkable distance to the beach and just next to the sea scape golf, many grocery stores within 5 mins driving, however if you want to eat in restaurants you need to drive. The only thing that bothered us was the noise of people in the condo above us, when they walked it was like the roof was about to fall over our heads, if possible, I would ask for a second level condo to avoid this.

Charge the deposit credit card the morning of check in. Made us sign our intention to prepare the room for cleaning when checking out. Put our two rooms in totally different buildings. Steep stairs to the 2nd floor.

A lot of Great Things, and noisy

Great Location; Extremely Friendly Staff; Clean; Easy Check-in; Safe; Great Indoor Pool and Hot Tub Facility. Bed was not too comfortable, but okay. We stayed in April and it was noisy; we could hear couples and kids through the walls pretty easily. We were out most of the time, and there were quiet hours, so it was not too bad. Overall, this place was a very good value!

Very positive experience.

Our little 'villa' was extremely clean and comfortable! In our unit the carpeting was new and the kitchen had everything we needed. We, personally enjoyed the outdoor pool, ping pong and went for a movie during movie night. It was charming. Off of Bennett street, just past the villa's on the right is a public place to park your car and use the beach access.

Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. Upgrading rooms…good thing but was not a bother to us. Some upgrades were done in our condo which were very nice!

Had problems with one of the people that was staying there! Had to call the security on them! A guy coming after my pregnant daughter and her boyfriend with a tazer when they pulled up after going to the store. My daughter had to call me so I could go down and walk them upstairs to our condo! Other then that love the condo and everything around it
