We had two rooms for us going to WWE. The hotel was quiet and clean. The beds were comfy and the pillows were perfect! (I have to have good pillows when sleeping because of my back) The breakfast was delicious the next morning.

Homeless helter

The hotel smells as heavy chemicals were used for cleaning. The first day I found a homeless person sleeping on 4th floor. Do not recommend this hotel.

The front counter person was very rude. Then I had to change rooms twice. Once because the door wouldn’t lock then second time was that the room smelt like cigarette smoke. If it wasn’t for those two things it was a good place to stay.

Avoid at all costs

Changed rooms twice. The first room had bedbugs in the bed. We discovered them after the first night's sleep. The second room had a broken front door that did not close. They moved us again and the third room dirty, had holes in the wall and the shower did not work. All three rooms were dirty. If we could change hotels, we would have done so.

I would not suggest staying here. There’s a leak in the ceiling. There were bugs in the room. The phone was not connected with a power or phone cord. Every time we left the room we had to get a new card because the cards were deactivated. Only one elevator works, and only sometime

Lobby had a very faint smell of illicit substance. Staff was very quiet but informative. Rooms and overall property are outdated and show signs of wear and age. Elevators had a lot of damage in the button selection area.
