Good for extended stays

Had a kitchen, washing machine with the nice service of providing washing up liquid, sponge, and detergent enough for 2 cycles. Plus, there’s a mini store in the basement that stocks basic supplies, so great for extended stays

The property is spacious for long stay though it also shows its age. Location is just outside the commercial and shopping areas within a short taxi ride.

Second time we stayed here. Good staff good facilities. The only thing was the comfort of the bed (but this is more a testament to the comfort of our bed at home). next time we go to Jakarta we plan to stay here again..

Nice, big and clean apartment hotel service.

We spend the new year's eve nite in executive 3bedrooms, the room was very complete, clean, and big. Overall it is a very good apartment hotel service with nice staffs, except they don't have enough parking space, so we have to parked quite far and lack of lighting in the swimming pool area.

Value for Money but Poor Location

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with fridge, kitchen, washing machine, iron etc. The traffic in the morning is extremely congested and it took 40 min to go from the hotel to the main road.

Big and nice apartment but bad service

We arrived at the hotel around 10 am after a long flight and we were very tired. The girl in the recipiention was so unhelpful. She refuse to let us check in until 2 pm.

excellent apart-hotel

We were arrived at 14.30 pm, and we were very tired and some of us are sick. The room was not ready when we arrived. This was the first time I got this kind of experience. The receptionist told me that the room will be ready in 20 minutes, which was fine, but one hour later, our room still was not ready. So, I was really upset with them. At the end we need to wait for 1 hour and half to get to our room. I chosed the executive with double room and they upgraded me with 3 rooms as a sorry. So, we were happy at the end. Love the idea of having washing machine and the dryer, it was really useful when you do long voyage. Thank you :)
